Wonderful experience

We had a great stay. The property was delightful and Rudolf was a wonderful host who kept in touch with us throughout our stay. The condo unit had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated with amazing art pieces.

Amazing Location

This condo is incredible! Very clean, very bright, and the views are extraordinary. Our host went above and beyond to make sure our visit was satisfactory. We are already planning our next visit to this condo.

a villa in the hills

The property has beautiful views without and within. It is very comfortable. Our host responded to any questions we had quickly and pleasantly. If we visit Fountain Hills again, I cannot think we would stay anywhere else.

Gorgeous Mountain Views!

The owner of this property met us at the condo at check-in to show us around. He was very kind and accommodating. The views from the two decks are absolutely beautiful. This condo is close to downtown Fountain Hills and easy access to Shea Road. We felt very safe with a security gate into the community. Easy access to trails and golfing!

Wonderful host and condo

Rudolph is a fantastic host and was attentive when we had any issues. His condo is in a great location of Fountain Hills and the balcony has some of the best panaramic views of the mountains and valley area. We liked it so much that we tried to book it again for 2025 but it's already booked for the dates we wanted. Hope to be back again in 2026.

Absolutely Thrilled!

We had the pleasure of spending 6 weeks at this gorgeous property! The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for an extended stay - very comfortable and spacious bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen and the BEST views in Fountain Hills! Breathtaking! So many times I felt like I was looking at a painting when I looked at the views. Rudolf was a pleasure to communicate with - always available for questions if necessary. We highly, highly recommend this property!!

There are less than a handful of homes in all of Fountain Hills that have "The View" and those are not for rent. Treat others as you would like to be treated means that anything that can provide convenience, comfort, relaxation and tranquility is of utmost importance to me. Beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The beds were super comfortable. Very spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Guest room with private bath. You are close to lots of hiking and biking areas. Lots of restaurants close by. Sunrise and sunsets on separate balconies. Rudolph was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a good orientation when we first arrived. Everything in the listing was as good or betted than stated. We would definitely stay here again.

Inside, sunlight moves beautifully through the open living areas, illuminating vivid artwork and modern furnishings that balance comfort with elegance.Every detail feels intentional, from the digital frames displaying the owner’s fine art and travel photography to the thoughtful touches that make the home both inspiring and restful. Review

The views were spectacular!! Rudolf was very accommodating. We needed a new coffee maker and he had it there the next morning. Two issues: the kitchen was not cleaned out. I had to throw away old food. It looked like he was still living there. Second: the bed in the master is not a true king bed. It was two twin zero gravity beds. There was a “crevice “ between them and no headboard so the pillows kept falling off the back, as the bed wasn’t positioned against a wall as it should have been.

The master bedroom bed is a split king with adjustable base. The headboard for aesthetic reasons is recessed and rounded, but since the bed is adjustable, raising head or feet, cushions to lean against headboard may not be needed. Thank you for your comments.
