Good!

The property was clean when we arrived. location is great! There are a few things that should be fixed like missing slats on the blinds and brighter lighting for when it’s dark but overall it was a good experience there.

Family vacation

Some things were broken, there were bugs in the little bathroom on the first floor. Everything else was fine

Not happy

Dirty, lots of bugs all over the house, difficult check in. The place looked like it hadn’t been used in a while. Overall dirty. The bed had caved in while someone was sleeping on it, the sink over clogged, there were centipedes in every room. Overall stay was not what I had imagined.

Misleading description

Should be described as 2 bedroom plus loft or attic room. Third bedroom is up a steep set of stairs with dormer ceiling, no door, and no bathroom on that level. Not suitable for young children or older adults. Two bedrooms and bath on 2nd floor are fine so good for 4 people sharing one bath Bathroom on main level is very small and not practical for upper levels to use.

Great Location/Needs some serious TLC

The location was on an overall quiet street in North Ocean City. We were still close to all that Ocean City had to offer. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the property was not up to standard. We communicated immediately with the rental agency Vacasa. They asked for us to take pictures of the issues and email them so we did. Issues ranged from a cheese crusted pan left in oven, yellow stained pillow left on bed, moldy shower head (we had to purchase a new one), rusted out shower rod, smelly and dusty kitchen cabinets, unnecessary and lack of items in cabinets, moldy top of agitator in washing machine, basket with plastic bottle and large clump of hair, non-working upstairs TV, shelf above upstairs toilet that was barely hanging by one nail and eventually fell, downstairs toilet that overflowed due to very old toilet tank equipment, and garbage and dead horseshoe crabs that floated to the end of the canal (not in their control but should be noted). We still made the best of it. Sadly, almost all of these issues can be easily fixed with a little bit of money and some TLC. If done, this property should get good reviews in the future.
