Turtle Spa III is a beautifully renovated coastal retreat set on a prime corner lot just steps from the beach, offering sweeping Gulf views from the home, expansive decks, and bedrooms. Thoughtfully designed with tasteful coastal artwork, refined décor, stainless steel appliances, new decks, and efficient geothermal air conditioning, the home blends comfort with elevated style.

Outdoors, enjoy your private saltwater gunite pool featuring a waterfall and tanning ledge, along with an outdoor shower for effortless beach days. The garage has been transformed into a stylish entertainment space with ping pong, foosball, a TV, and a refrigerator.

Extra Bonus: If you arrive early on your check-in day, feel free to unload groceries into the garage refrigerator and head straight to the beach or pool while you wait.

Sleeping Arrangements
• Primary suite: King bed with en-suite bath featuring a custom tiled shower and private deck access with stunning ocean views
• Second bedroom: King bed with direct deck access and beautiful ocean views
• Third bedroom: Full-over-full bunk bed with trundle

Bedrooms two and three share a well-appointed bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Sleeping up to nine guests, Turtle Spa III is ideal for families or small groups seeking a refined beachfront escape with exceptional location and amenities.

Pensacola Beach Get Away

We had a great time staying at the Turtle Spa III. Excellent location, good views and lots of fun with my 3 adult children. Would definitely book with Brigitte again.

This rental was beautiful, pet friendly and provided all the extras needed to allow for less packing, including a bunch of beach chairs and even a wagon. The walk to the beach was even closer than the picture online. The garage was a perfect hangout after the beach. The pool was gorgeous and a nice spot to relax. The host was always available to assist which capped off a wonderful family vacation!

Long weekend away

Beautifully renovated home with pool, ocean views and easy beach access for long walks with the grandkids. There was something for everyone, including a pet friendly environment. Will definitely be back again.

Perfect Fall break beach house

We had a really lovely stay with our family at the Turtle Spa III beach house. Appreciate all the details around the house: the extra beach towels, chairs, cleaning supplies, and well stocked kitchen! The beach is beautiful and so close. Easy to walk to with the kiddos and tote chairs with the wagon. We can't wait to visit again!

Great space and perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week! Close to trolley stops which provided transportation to good restaurants.The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked with plenty of space for four adults and five children. The backyard pool provided endless exercise and entertainment. The kids loved the garage space with ping pong, foose ball and television. The beach is practically in the backyard and the views are amazing! Highly recommend!

Turtle House III

Our stay was pleasantly easy. The house is clean, and up to date. The pool is AMAZING and the distance from the beach is a breeze! My only 'issue/want' was that we needed more bathroom towels and washcloths. The house stays cold which is great for those hot summer days. I'm hoping we can book future stays here (depending on availability).

We came for The Southern Bowling Conference 2025

Great location, beautiful house with a turtle theme and a spectacular view from each side. Seven of us plus Darla my Yorkie-Poo enjoyed the amenities that this place offered. We laughed, drank, grilled, played ping-pong, cooked our meals from the great kitchen with everything we needed. The local restaurants were fab with all the seafood we normally do not get. Thank you Brigette for allowing us to enjoy this wonderful place. We hope to return soon to enjoy the pool! Peggy, Danny, Mike,Karen, Leigh, David and Lenny. 3/20/25-3/25/25
