It offers a total of four bedrooms, with two of the bedrooms in the main cottage and two bedrooms in the second cottage, making it an ideal choice for traveling with multiple families or your group of friends.

In the main cottage, you’ll enjoy a spacious living area for relaxing or watching a movie after a long day at the nearby Gulf of Mexico beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation, and the dining table provides space for a fun family board game night or a traditional sit-down gathering. The roomy primary bedroom has a plush, comfortable King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a King bed and ensuite bathroom.

The second cottage also offers a comfortable living area with a couch and a kitchenette with island seating for snacks or morning coffee talk. There are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, another with a King bed, plus a bonus room with bunk beds that are great for the kids.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

In accordance with the City of Sarasota's Rental Ordinance, this property requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights. The maximum occupancy for this home is 12 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit. Lido Key Vacations enforces a total occupancy limit of 10 persons, including both adults and children under 6.
