Steps from everything! This spacious, fully remodeled 5-bedroom Beach Block apartment puts you just a short walk from restaurants, the boardwalk, water activities, the park, and miniature golf. It’s designed for large families and groups, and can sleep up to 19 guests comfortably—perfect for family reunions, proms, graduations, and wedding groups.

This is a two-apartment home, and each family/group has their own private entrance and private space. This unit includes exclusive access to the backyard, giving you extra room to relax outdoors. The only shared item is the gas grill, which by law must remain in the backyard. Guests have always been respectful and considerate about sharing grill time.

We also offer limited beach passes and beach chairs available at the office on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prom / Graduation Season Rates (April, May & June)

Rates are per person, per night:
• Weekdays (2-night minimum): $70per person / per night
• Weekends: $100per person / per night

Security Deposit:
There is a $75cash security deposit per person, due at arrival.
Security deposits are refunded within 7 days after checkout.
