Bright & Quiet Seaside Beach House with Gulf Views

Well located on the East side of Seaside, The Daffodil is perfect for families and friends. It is has views of the Gulf from the lofted third floor, two porches over looking the twisted oaks of Rosewalk, only 100 yards to the beach and five minute walk to Seaside Town Square with wonderful shopping and amazing restaurants.
The space
The Daffodil is a bright and cheery two story home with a lofted third floor perfectly located in the Seaside community. Take your coffee looking at the Gulf from the lofted third floor.

Guest will enter the home to a foyer on the first floor. Both the primary bedroom and secondary bedrooms are on the first floor and share a full bathroom with shower off the foyer. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, two closets and a private porch over looking the quiet foot paths of Rosewalk. The secondary bedroom has a flat screen TV, twin bed with trundle bed underneath.

The second floor opens to a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV and french doors to the second shaded porch overlooking the twisted oaks and paths of Rosewalk. This floor also has the kitchen with quartz countertops, modern appliances, a dining space for four and a second full bathroom with shower.

Continue up the stairs more to find the lofted third floor with another twin bed and twin trundle bed underneath. The loft has additional seating and incredible views of the Gulf! It overlooks the living room but feels very private.
Guest access
Guest can access with keyless entry. No check in required. The house is located on a quiet one way street within Seaside. The house has two off street free parking spaces available two feet from the front door. Seaside is an amazing community where everything you need is in walking distance. The beach, restaurants, shops and grocery are all within a pleasant and beautiful walking distance from the house. The roads are safe for walking and bike riding. There are beautiful walking paths throughout the community.
Other things to note
Access to the community pools (3), tennis courts and fitness center are available for $65 per day (plus tax). Please inquire one week prior to arrival and passes will be waiting for you.

There is no washer and dryer.
