Bay Tree B1314 is tastefully decorated and is sure to delight! Bedroom 1 offers a king bed off of the living room on the main level. Up the spiral staircase the 2nd offers a king bed. The 3rd bedroom offers twin over twin bunkbed and a queen bed both room. Washer and dryer in the main level for extra convenience. This is a second floor condo with no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of 45 dollars + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

Guests renting a slip will also receive priority parking in the designated boat trailer parking area.
