Not allowed to put AC lower than 72 so bring extra fans for rooms if you need it cooler.

This place was incredible! Exactly as advertised. Location was perfect; walk to the beach was 7min, pool was right there which was great. Pretty decent grocery store was 5mins drive away. The washer/dryer was in a laundry unit by the pool which was in great shape (though you need quarters to use). The dining chairs were pretty cool and custom made, but super loud to move around which didn’t help with the sleeping babies but not a huge deal. First time in Port A, and we will be back!

Thanks, Guest! Glad the location, pool and nearby grocery worked so well for your first trip to Port A. Appreciate the note about the quarters for the laundry — good tip for future guests. Sorry the dining chairs were noisy and made naps tougher; we’ll look into felt pads or quieter options to help with that. Hope to host you again next time you’re back on the island. Safe travels!

It was really a nice unit. Big enough for 10 at least. Good pillows. Great kitchen. Lots of space for all to hangout

Great place to stay.

This was a great place to stay. Not far from where we sat at the beach. Clean and lots of room for my family and kids. Enjoyed the double balconies. Only with would have known about the washer and dryer being coin operated. Would have made sure to bring quarters. Definitely would be staying here again when we make our trip back to TX.

Our trip included 2 families (4 adults and 4 children between ages 12-15) for 4 nights. The amount of space in the condo was enough for us. Property was clean and furniture was well kept.The bed I used was comfortable. Kids did well in the room with bunk bed and bed. Location of the property was near lots of things (grocery, shops, restaurants). The condo complex property was well kept. In the back/beachside of the complex property, there is a walkway to the beach, which was an easy walk. There's also a public beach access driveway very nearby if taking a vehicle to the beach. There was an open outdoor shower near pool area, which was very close to the condo. Host communication was excellent. Check-in had a little confusion. I didn't receive instructions in a message or email, but the host's number is at the property door, and they were friendly and helpful. Check out was simple-- take out trash, turn off lights & fans, lock doors (to balconies), run the dishwasher. In property description or in message from host, it mentioned that there are no beach towels or beach equipment, so we were sure to bring our own.Laundry is coin operated. We didn't use them. Kitchen had basic needs as far as cookware and plates, etc. Would consider this property again when staying in Port Aransas.

Nice house

The house was nice. The garage only fits a compact car. There was too much stuff in the garage so our sedan did not fit. It will not let a truck or sedan fit. We had to park the 2nd vehicle a mile away from the house in a dirt gravel parking lot. The parking/driving space was very tight. The living room TV was the only one working correctly. My son and I had to set up the bedroom TVs ourselves. Be prepared to climb steps multiple times a day.

Hi Ashley Forgive me, but I believe you are writing a review for the wrong property. Did you stay at another VRBO around this same time? This property does not have any kind of garage, so it appears you have this property confused with another.

Graduation Getaway

This was a great place for us to spend our beach trip to celebrate our son’s graduation. The condo was an easy set up for multiple families. The beds were SO comfortable. Even the teenage boys commented on the super comfy mattresses on the bunk beds - an often overlooked place for good mattresses.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Spacious and well equipped. We loved the unit, it had comfy furniture and was close to everything on the island. We rented a golf cart and were all over the place without much fuss. The automatic lock was so much easier than a physical key. The beds were actually very comfortable which is a huge plus and the hot water never ran out. The pool was also perfect. Everything you could want in a rental in Port A.

Spring Break at Port A

We loved this condo! It was the perfect size for our party. The only downside we had was that we could never find the community laundry, but we never contacted the property manager about it though. Centralized location was great!

Port A

Nice property and location for us in Port Aransas. Close to the beach and short drive to many eateries and drinking places as well as a grocery store. Even the drive to Corpus Christie was an easy drive. We enjoyed our stay very much and the condo was great for us but balcony doors on the lower (2nd floor) level and upper level (3rd floor) didn’t work smoothly. The office did send someone to work on them for us but the doors were still difficult to close and lock.

Great Weekend Getaway

Seven of us shared this condo. We cooked some meals in and enjoyed using the kitchen. The large dining table was great for meals and games. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place

Loved the location. Close to the beach and convenient to all the eating/drinking places on the island. The layout of the condo is great for families or people who snore.😂 will be back!

A great week at the beach

Yes. I definitely recommend this property. Property managers were friendly and helpful. It was a quick walk to the beach down the boardwalk. Cute little loft apartment with lots of space for everyone. It is upstairs and a wagon is helpful for dragging stuff to the beach, so plan accordingly.
