We came out to Sedona for an extended vacation. The location was great, being on the outskirts of all the busyness. Depending on traffic, it was about 15 mins into Sedona. The VRBO itself was nice, outdated, but nice. Cons: The mattresses were not comfortable, as they are the old spring mattress. Front door didn’t seem secure at all and no working outside light. Dusty cobwebs in unchecked corners. The hardest part of 9 nights was no ceiling or floor fans in the bedrooms. All-in-all the cons were things that we overlooked b/c we weren’t at the condo except at the end of the day. We didn’t even contact the host concerning these things, as it wasn’t enough to change our minds about staying. Pros: new oven/range which we used quite a bit. The kitchen was well stocked with most items we needed to be able to cook meals. Washer and dryer on sight which we used everyday after hiking the numerous trails about. Living room furniture was comfy. We had a blast hiking, visiting the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Jerome. Thanks, Alex, for a week at your place.
