The neighborhood is all interconnected through dirt roads. The closest neighbors are a mile away, yet it's within a 15-minute drive to Joshua Tree town and a 20-minute drive to Joshua Tree National Park. It's secluded yet still within driving distance of everything you need.

DAMAGE WAIVER FEE:

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests.

* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.

You'll have access to the full house during your stay with your own personalized door lock.

To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.
No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.
Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.

There is plenty of parking spots available for guests! More than comfortably enough spots for 3 cars.

AMENITIES:
We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!

ENTRY:
A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The whole space is fully fenced and features a hot tub, yoga deck, propane fire pit, sauna, cowboy pool, hammocks, tanning chairs, outdoor dining, and more!

PARKING:
The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Feel free to open the gates to let your car inside the fenced area.

INTERNET:
The house has good internet access through the satellite on the house. Cell reception may be spotty depending on your carrier. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with Cafe appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and COWBOY POOL
To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.

• We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.

• No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.

• Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.

• Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub

Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.
