Hostess was very responsive and friendly. Love the “extras” (snacks, bathrooms, etc.) great location in a quiet neighborhood, walking path right by the hose. Nice layout with an good amount of space. Kitchen was fully stocked; coffee, utensils, spices, dishes, etc.. Beds were comfortable, and there were fans. We plan to stay again!

This was a great place. This might be the most flexible B&B host we have ever met. They had a lot of great treats and surprises. They did more than most host we’ve stayed at.

House was very clean. Only complaint is all of the beds are hard as a rock, I would not recommend sleeping on them more than 2 nights. We had a few people move to couches they were so hard. Another thing was there wasn’t many extra blankets, a few but not enough for all of the sleeping spaces the description states there is so if your coming from out of town bring your own, we had to go buy some.

We’re sorry the beds felt too firm for your group. Mattress comfort can vary by personal preference. For reference, we use 12-inch Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattresses (CertiPUR-US certified), which hold an average rating of 4.3 stars across over 167,000 reviews. We also note in our house manual that guests are welcome to contact us if they prefer a softer feel—we can provide 1-inch memory foam mattress pads for each bed upon request. We are curious as to why you did not contact us and preferred to purchase items when we had plenty available.
Regarding the blankets, we provide a total of 7 extra blankets throughout the home—one in each of the four bedrooms, two on the couches, and one in the supply cliset upstairs. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything is missing or uncomfortable, as we’re happy to resolve it right away. We weren’t contacted during your stay, but we would have gladly brought additional items had we known.
We do our best to address any concerns in real time so guests can fully enjoy their stay, and we’re always just a quick message away.

2 friends and i stayed for a lovely weekend at this lovely home. The home is wonderfully appointed - so many extras that I never would have considered including some great game tables and nice sofas and tvs to curl up for a movie. On the first floor there are 2 living areas and 2 different areas to grab a meal or play a board game. In the basement a few game tables, another lounge area. The washer and dryer are also down there and are super handy. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The showers are wonderful with plenty of towels. Beds are super comfy and well appointed with comforters and even mints on the pillows! So thankful to be able to stay and looking forward to staying again in the future!

We stayed for our niece’s wedding. The house was set in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was in perfect shape. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion
Absolutely a wonderful property. Perfect for our whole family—5 adults and 3 children (3, 6, 10).Great location for visiting our local families, necessary groceries, and to the family reunion we attended in nearby Corcoran.Definitely a good choice for us.

Great home & host
The home was perfect for all of our needs. The bedrooms and two living room spaces are comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining room are great for a family dinner. The host was very responsive, easy to work with, and provided extra amenities to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. We highly recommend this home.

Fantastic Stay
Property was perfect for our stay; the owner treated us with a perfectly clean home, snacks, and bonus toiletries; access to the home, use of garage door openers, and features in the house all made our stay wonderful; host was excellent with communication and being very welcoming; all the stars!

Great stay!
We had a great girls weekend at this property. The hosts were quick to respond and answer any questions. The house was clean and had some nice surprises like snacks and extra toiletries. I would recommend staying here!

Wonderful Weekend!
Beautiful! Cozy & quiet! Had all the amenities (and more!) for 8 adults to stay comfortably. It was so convenient & accessible to areas around the cities. Snacks, beverages, & additional toiletries were abundant. The beds were comfortable too. We would highly recommend this house!

Family time
We were there to see my new grandson for the first time. Location was perfect to visit and lots to do close by. Very family friendly neighborhood and house was perfect. Will definitely go back and stay for next visit.

This was a last minute trip for my family and under tragic circumstances. The home was exactly what we needed. The lights were on, there was a welcome sign, snacks to fill the gap between our arrival and our next opportunity to grab food. The host was vey accommodating and super responsive. The house was clean and stocked with all the essentials. Under different circumstances we would have absolutely enjoyed the recreational options and games in the basement. The neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located close to every thing you might need. I would highly recommend this home for your stay in the Twin Cities.
