This place was amazing! The condo was very nice. Clean. Good amount of space for 6 people. Everything worked. The pools were well kept and the hot tubs were bubbly and hot! I thought it was nice that the complex provided some communal floaties. The beach was gorgeous. I have never seen sand that pretty in port A. We loved it and had a blast!

Beach Retreat

This condo was the perfect place to relax and recharge our batteries! We enjoyed the tall chairs on the balcony, the view of the ocean and the close proximity to the beach for long walks.

Beautiful Beachy Vibe

Loved the view and the beach vibe of the decor. The door was difficult to unlock and the elevator was a bit noisy and scary. Tar at the beach was a nuisance, but they did leave some cleaner on the property to help some. Not their fault and they did try to help.

Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the unit. Our owners work really hard on taking care of their units. I am glad you found the tar remover. That does tend to visit our beaches occasionally. Thank you for using it. Please be sure to visit us again on your next trip to Port A.

Less then web site promotes. Never again.Hot tub was a warm tub, small shower. Dirty dishes, bedroom door pops open when walking past it.

La Mirage

Overall enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the amenities such as cooking supplies & laundry. However the unit itself was lackluster and the cleaning staff clearly does not do anything outside the bare minimum. We found fingernail clippings on the couch, dead roaches and so much dust/dirt throughout. Sadly this will be my first and last stay at the Mirage.

Decent Stay but could be improved

The location near the beach was nice, but it was said ocean view but that was partial ocean view. The towels could be softer. The kitchen was greatly equipped. The biggest problem is they were remodeling the property near our area of the condo and we would hear noises some during the day. The place does near refreshing outside with new paint etc. which is what they are doing. But the elevator areas for sure needed it now. For the price it was nice and I loved the beach!

Thank you for your review. Our property sits on the beachfront and units may only have partial views. I am apologize for the misunderstanding. La Mirage still has a few projects going on, but are working to give our guest a clean and comfortable environment during their stay. We will be sure to get those elevator areas cleaned up before you next visit. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the beach and your unit. Thank you !

Great condo, poor property management

The condo was very comfortable and inviting. It was clear that the owner put a lot of thought into making everything as convenient as possible. Unfortunately, the property management didn't have the same sentiment. Both elevators near the condo were down or having major issues all week. And, they have not done a good job of bug management as we saw 2 very large water bugs in the condo. Again, not a knock on the owner or the the condo. Clearly a failure on the part of property management.

Thank you for your review. Our owners have a lot of pride in their units and do try to make the guest comfortable. I am glad you enjoyed it. Unfortunately after heavy rains , it is possible to have a few unwanted guest. I want to ensure you that we do use a licensed professional service on a regular basis in hopes of deterring those unwanted guest. Those two elevators you are speaking of had mechanical issues. We do take those issues seriously and called for service immediately. They were both operational the same day. We apologize for any issues you may have encountered, but do hope that you will visit us again on your next trip to Port A.
