Our unit was clean and comfortable. If you have difficulty with stairs especially because of knee,hip,or back issues then this arrangement might not be suitable for you. There was a one-car garage on street level which we were given a code to enter. Inside the street-level entry from the garage was a cute little washroom and a door to the small outside grassy area. There were about 15 stair steps to the kitchen and living area. There were about another 15 stair steps to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top level. We were able to easily carry our suitcases upstairs, but someone with medical issues might need assistance. The kitchen was well-stocked. The host responded to messages within a reasonable time frame. Our unit was an easy drive to the Calgary Airport. One topic of additional note was that the host company messaged that they wanted a copy of my driver's license or passport after the booking was completed online. I am not sure if this is due to Canadian or Alberta laws. I messaged the host company that I was not comfortable with sending a digital copy of my confidential information since that is not common practice in the United States. The host kindly responded that my email address and phone number was sufficient. They may have seen that I have responsibly booked several VRBO stays over the past years. I was grateful that the host worked with me regarding this concern. Overall, the three-night stay was very lovely and relaxing
