Last min family beach trip

Property is as pictured and is steps from 2 beach access locations. We enjoyed the location and the single level access was a plus! Would stay here again.

Love, Love, Love!!

This property is AWESOME!! I was impressed by the pictures, but I was even more impressed in person. The home is clean, up to date, and stocked with anything you’d need. Of the 4 units on the property, I think the location of this one is the best. You can look right out the door & see the pool. The pool area is quiet & although shared, it was like having a private pool most of the time. This place is the PERFECT location! I read reviews somewhere that this home was farther from the beach than listed—wrong!! It says 1 block, but that’s generous. If it takes you longer than 2-3 minutes to walk there you’re definitely doing something wrong. I travel quite a bit, and I work in the hospitality industry & I have to say Anna Maria Vacations was fantastic to work with. They’ve thought of everything & made the check in/check out process super easy. Top notch customer service, very responsive to any questions I had & you can actually talk to a real person on the weekends. If you haven’t booked this property yet, DO IT NOW! Thank you AMV, I’ll be back! ❤️

Relaxing Spring Break Vacation

We had a very relaxing week's vacation at the end of March. A short 2 to 3-minute walk to the beach which was never too crowded. The condo grounds and pool were beautiful. The condo is small for 5 people but we were not there to spend time inside so it fit our needs fine. Beach towels and two nice beach chairs were provided. The property manager was fast to respond to questions. Check-in and check-out were easy. If we vacationed in AMI again I would definitely stay at this condo again.

Great location!! Easy walk to the beach!!

I am currently awaiting a response from the rental company about restitution for little to no hot water the entire week. I have been offer $100 back and I have declined this offer. Otherwise the rental was extremely clean, easy walk to the beach, had a well stocked kitchen and towels for the beach. The washer and dryer were a bit noisy not something you would want to run during the night. The pool and chairs were very nice and the pool was slightly heated not close to bath water but not freezing either. The rental agency evidently doesn’t have a plumber on hand and had to call several plumbers before someone could come out and figure out the problem with the hot water tank. We reported the problem 12/31 after checking in and the plumber showed up on the afternoon of January 4th and diagnosed the problem as a “bad wheel” in the system. This was something that had to be ordered and could not be installed until after we checked out. Hopefully I will be updating with a better offer from the rental agency since we spent $1500 for the week.

Absolute Paradise!!!

First experience with VRBO everything was absolutely wonderful !!! The Starfish property was absolutely beautiful inside the rental and outside. It was tastefully decorated and the landscaping around the property and the pool was absolute paradise. We can’t wait to come back and bring the entire family !!!

This is THE place to stay! Quaint & efficient. The neighborhood is super close to everything you could need including the beach.

Spring break getaway

Location and appearance of property was Great! When we arrived checking in/getting in was a little more complicated. My family and I just were on the road for several hours. The combo on lock wasn’t working. Neither was the key compartment next to it. It did get resolved, but these things need to be handled prior! The property management was nice and helpful. Property was clean, but there was a dead bug ( looked stepped on) in the hallway next to hall bathroom. Otherwise, kitchen had dishes and cookware. Kitchen and rooms were modern and updated. There were clean towels, but could’ve been more. There’s an outdoor patio that wraps around and a gas grill for grilling convenience. It’s well kept outside. Has a cute pool. It was occupied most days and didn’t want to cramp anyone in. So we waited until later hours when it cleared out. Also if you have kids, may not be the best place. I observed a tad bit of annoyance from a tenant ( slamming/shutting sliding door hard, briefly) when my kids did get in the pool not even an hour. I love the quiet too, but kids will be kids.. and they’re pretty quiet and cooperative most of the time. They were horsing around like kids do ( 7 and 14 y.o). Loved the closeness to the beach. The sunsets beat anything mentioned lol. Stores were conveniently close. I did like that each room had patio access. Also loved the main bedroom’s walk in shower. I would recommend this property. I did enjoy my my stay and love AMI
