Beautiful low rise condo located in the heart of Seagrove. Beachwood Villas on Scenic 30a with public beach access directly across the street! Our condo offers a king size bed and custom built bunks and sleeper sofa to sleep 5 comfortably. This precious town offers bike trails that span throughout 30a making it convenient to great attractions such as Seaside, state parks, beaches, restaurants and all 30a has to offer. Enjoy free parking and easy access into this 1st floor unit. 7 minute bike ride to Seaside. Walking distance to Cafe 30a. Laundry facilities onsite. Grilling area onsite and picnic area. Completely renovated and fully stocked! This condo is across the street from the white sands of 30a.
Please note there is a renovation project going on from 1/12/2026 to 4/15/2026 in nearby buildings in the complex. Construction to this unit/building will not be taking place but some construction noise may be heard at times.

The condo was clean and updated. We stayed for a quick getaway, just the wife and I. But this would also be great for a family of 4 because of the bunk buds, which are very nice quality and comfy (I may have laid on the bottom bunk abd accidentally took a little nap haha). The one and only negative is the noise from the upstairs condo. They were quiet as far as their voices, but you can easily hear every foot step, toilet flush, sliding door open etc that is going on upstairs. I understand these are older and this is not the owners fault but worth mentioning. To us though, wasn’t a big deal.

The location was perfect and the host was very responsive and helpful! Laundry was not in the unit, but was on site and convenient. The unit was well stocked.

Our stay was amazing! Place was clean, depicted just as the pictures were! was just a short walk to the beach and other beach accesses as well if you wanted to go to a different one! We would definitely come back!

Great location and very nice place to stay

The condo was very clean and was a great location very close to the public beach access. We had everything we needed for the stay and Joyce was great to work with with prompt replies to all of our questions. I highly recommend!

Sister Beach Vacation

We come to 30A every year for my sisters birthday. This years trip was extra sweet! We so enjoyed the condo and found the beach access to be so perfect & close. We will definitely return!

Cozy and close to the beach

The condo was clean and exactly what we expected. Enjoyed the patio and garden view each morning. Short walk to the beach and convenience store. Would definitely rent again!

Great vacation

It was a comfortable, clean condo in a good, quiet location. Kitchen well stocked, nice linens, nice pool. Very close to a really crowded beach. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella.

Excellent Stay

My husband and I stayed for a week. The location is great. The kitchen had everything and more that we needed. The complex was very quiet. I would highly recommend this unit and Joyce was amazing!

Bright, Beachy & Beautiful!

My two teenagers and I greatly enjoyed our stay over the new year holiday at this gorgeous condo! Updated finishes and decor, super clean and well-appointed for guests. I loved the stunning morning sunlight this unit gets...such a great way to start the day! Excellent location just a couple of steps to beach access and an easy 1.5 mile walk/bike to the heart of Seaside. The overall condo property is well-manicured with landscaping and new boardwalks, tennis/pickleball court, two pools and a laundry facility. Easy in/out parking. We can't wait to come back when it's warm enough to enjoy the pools! I loved this condo so much I would buy it in a minute if it ever comes on the market! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great condo and unbeatable location

My family just returned from a 5 night stay in Seagrove Beach. The condo was just as pictured and described - very clean, updated, and comfortable. The kitchen was probably the best stocked I've seen in a rental condo - it had everything we needed to cook our meals. My kids loved their little bunk beds in the living room - which had lots of room for their stuff and all of our extras. The location was fantastic. The condo is located in a pretty large condo complex, but it was very quiet and relaxing. We never had any problems parking or with noisy neighbors or over crowded pools in the complex. The condo is also located in the back of the complex, so there was no noise from the road. The public beach access is directly across 30A and a short walk from the condo. If you walk down the beach a little, there is plenty of public beach to set up chairs and relax for the day. If you don't want to use your car while you are at the beach, you really don't have to at this location. There were multiple restaurants and stores within a 5 - 10 minute walk down 30A. I would definitely book this condo again!
