Your Space
The open-concept living area was designed to showcase the incredible Gulf views. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and lead directly to your private beachfront balcony. After a day on the sand, gather in the comfortable living room featuring a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for relaxing together.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a coffee maker, blender, microwave, refrigerator, and breakfast bar with seating for four. The adjacent dining area seats four and offers a comfortable space for family dinners, morning coffee, or planning the day's adventures along 30A.

Step outside to the private Gulf-front balcony and take in uninterrupted views of the emerald-green water and white sandy beaches below. A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
