This beautiful new townhome is just outside of downtown Denver focused on bringing together groups who stay there through a quality space, good conversation, and all that Denver has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is more than enough room for everyone, brand new appliances, and every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable. This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably. There are a total of 3 Queen Beds.

Bedroom 1 - The stylish master bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and ample closet space is upstairs along with a private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - This elegant upstairs bedroom offers a Queen bed with a stylish, minimalist, and clean design.
Bedroom 3 – This functional bedroom has desk for anyone looking to work from home and a comfy Queen bed.

You'll find two and a half fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find one half bath downstairs, one walk in shower and one shower tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 4min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!

Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
