The condo is newly furnished with a king bed in each bedroom. There are Smart flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living room along with free wi-fi. The unit has tile floors throughout and ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. There is a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer, and all towels and linens are included. The condo sleeps 5 people and is great for couples or young families.

The living room has a panoramic view of the Gulf with a 55” Smart TV and a Blue-Ray/DVD player. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open onto the incredible 245 square foot gulf front terrace. The expansive balcony has two lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset dinner while taking in the spectacular views.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a 43” Smart TV and beachfront balcony access. The attached bath has a jetted tub with gulf views, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity.

The second bedroom features a king bed, a twin day bed, and a 43” Smart TV. A pocket door off the living area allows private en-suite access to the second bathroom.

The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a flat cook top, and granite countertops with plenty of counterpace. For grilling enthusiasts, there are charcoal grills on the property and all the grilling tools you need are provided in the condo. The dining area has a table with seating for six.

Our cozy office nook, complete with a wireless printer and 24-inch monitor, provides a sweeping view of the Gulf of Mexico. If you’re working remotely, why not do it from Navarre?

The Beach Colony Resort boasts a wonderfully maintained Olympic-sized pool, the largest in Navarre. One beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs are provided with your rental from March 1 through October 31.

The fitness center offers a full range of free weights and exercise machines. Play a game of tennis or pickleball with friends and family on one of two tennis courts. For the anglers in your group, the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, the longest on the Gulf, is just a five-minute stroll down the beach. Paralleling the road in front of the resort are miles of bicycle and walking paths. Within walking distance is Juana’s Pagoda offering beach volleyball and Jet Ski rentals.

Navarre Beach, situated between Ft. Walton Beach to the east and Pensacola to the west, is located on Santa Rosa Island between Navarre Beach State Park to the east and Gulf Islands National Seashore to the west. Navarre is a delightful small-town community offering great local restaurants and a relaxing laid-back atmosphere.
