The well-furnished kitchen includes dinnerware and drinkware, cookware, and more. Small appliances include a Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE provided daily (March -Oct), which includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Rules and Restrictions:
-Large groups or parties are not allowed in the unit. Maximum occupancy is 6 at all times.
-Rental agreement required; all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.
-No pets or ESAs permitted. If traveling with an ADA service animal, you must contact the host before booking; host approval is required.
-The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.
-Front row beach service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.
