This luxury 18th-floor penthouse-level condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite management company at Beach Colony Resort

Resort Amenities include a pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walkover, and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well-furnished bedrooms: 1 King in the primary ensuite, and 1 queen-size bed + 1 full-size bed in the second ensuite bedroom.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), including two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy; BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guests will find a complimentary gift in the unit upon arrival and two (2) parking permits.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

When you book with Navarre Beach Vacations, you get the peace of mind that comes with true ONSITE MANAGEMENT. We are the only management company located directly at this property.
This means:
-Instant Attention: If you have an issue (a maintenance need or simply a question, we're already here and can respond immediately.

-Large groups or parties are not allowed in the unit. Maximum occupancy is 6 at all times.
-Rental agreement required; all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.
-No pets or ESAs permitted. If traveling with an ADA service animal, you must contact the host before booking; host approval is required.
-The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.
-Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

We liked stay there and only few things we thing management should pay attention to: the balcony door need to be fixed because it’s really heavy to open; then all doors should be cleaned after each visitors , I cleans and sanitized them myself but dark spots ruined the ideal picture; then floor in showers had mold all over. Anyway we were happy to be there, thank you thank you !!

Upon inspection, we found that the showers do not have mold, but there are a few stains in the grout. The hurricane balcony doors are heavy but fully functional.We are not sure what you are referring to about all other doors, but we are glad that you had a nice visit.

Amazing place to stay!

The only issue we had, the dishes were put away dirty, but once we washed them, what a great place to stay!!!

Had a great trip at this condo. The views from the 18th floor were indescribable. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Pool is the best on Navarre Beach. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra day. The owner was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful Penthouse Condo

The condo was beautiful and clean. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and helpful. The beds were a bit stiff, but otherwise a beautiful location and establishment. Quiet with great views. We will definitely return to the Beach Colony condos when we come back to Navarre.

Nice & relaxing vacay

As usual, Navarre Beach was quiet & relaxing. This is a nice, clean condo with everything a small family needs. We had a minor problem with the main TV ( cable box) and the door lock ( got locked out because code stopped working 2 hours before check out time on last day but maintenance helped get us back in!). Would definitely stay here again! Love Beach Colony resort!

Another Wonderful Stay

Fabulous location and awesome property. Definitely had a fantastic time celebrating my parent's 50th Anniversary there! Biggest gripe was the balcony door was sticking way more than my last stay and it would be nice to have a pullout couch. Other than that, Love this condo! We even saw the porpoises playing! Good time and great memories.

Me and my husband booked this condo for our 1 year wedding anniversary trip. It was impeccably clean and the condo was exactly as advertised! We had a lovely stay and would definitely book this again for our next visit! When leaving, we had taken a load down to the car and were unable to get back in when we returned. This was a fluke occurrence and this was corrected via phone call within 10-15 minutes. Great response times and we had a lovely trip! Definitely recommend booking this unit!

The only negative I have is that it advertised to sleep 6 because the couch was supposed to turn into bed. We had no property management interaction, so I gave that a "3" (middle). The WIFI was terrible so not conducive to a business get-a-way. The parking garage pre-marked spaces need to be larger...too difficult to read without getting out (we couldn't find our space so we parked on the top floor). Plenty of restaurants close by and the food was great. We have stayed in Navarre before and plan to return. I would recommend this property again.

Beach colony is our favorite place to stay at Navarre! We have stayed in several different units.

This unit was very typical of other units we have stayed in. The views are amazing, it's nice to have a covered balcony, the pool and beach access is great. The management of the property is very nice and always available! My one problem with this unit are the beds. They are horrible! They felt to me like air mattresses. No one slept. I slept on the floor 2 nights. I have never left a negative review, but I went on vacation to rest, and I was miserable during the night and slept very little. Both beds need to be replaced with a good quality innerspring matttess. Because of the terrible beds, we will not rent this unit again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your vacation experience. However, we were sorry to hear that you had an issue with the mattresses. Since your review was the first to mention the mattresses, we were unaware of any problems. The mattress in the master is a Back Supporter pillow top by Spring Air and the mattress in the guest bedroom is a 12" foam mattress. Again... we are sorry that you were uncomfortable.
