The living room has a leather sofa and matching loveseat and 2 comfortable swivel rocking chairs.; you could spend hours just gazing at the Gulf's mesmerizing tranquil blue waters. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and provides both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. The dining room table seats 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. This spacious unit will keep you returning year after year.
Continue your workout routine in our well-equipped fitness center, soother those muscles while soaking in the hot tub. Take a swim in the warm Gulf waters or make a splash in one of the 3 refreshing pools. With a traffic controlled pedestrian walkway, explore the beautiful grounds surrounding the Riverside building which offers tennis/pickleball courts, propane grill house, kayak rack and private boat launch.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.
