A great place to stay for a family! Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything you need while on vacation, great proximity to Siesta key and Grocery stores. The host is not only accommodating but great with communication! We will be keeping this home on our list for future trips as we frequent Sarasota annually.

Very nice place to stay and very relaxing. Clean, organized, and has everything you could possibly need. Host was very nice, quick to respond, and thoughtful. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying again in future.

This is a beautiful home. The surrounding area is very quiet. Nikola and Lana were great host. Our family had a wonderful time.

What a wonderful experience! My husband and I loved this home. Everything was so clean and welcoming. The place has such a nice Florida vibe and the location to the beach was great. The king bed was very comfortable and the host provides all the bathroom amenities for you. The hosts were very responsive and we will be back when we can stay longer.

Perfect location

The property was beautiful has everything you need and the Host are amazing. The property is in a perfect location to beach hop several beaches in the area, or even charter a fishing trip. Would definitely book again!

Perfect location

Very pleased with the location to all that siesta key has to offer. Very local to where I needed to be, all the amenities we needed, and very clean. I loved the washer and dryer. So efficient.

Wonderful vacation

Our vacation started out by checking into this home away from home. It had everything that we were looking for and it was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and a nice neighborhood to take walks. Very close to Siesta Key Beach. Thank you to the hosts for a great stay! We will be back!!

Good place for a family stay

Property was clean and easily accommodated six adults across three bedrooms. TV area, dining area and kitchen also accommodated us just fine. Location is south of town and that worked for us. Hosts had good communication and prompt replies to any inquiries.

Great place to stay with family

Very clean recently renovated property. Things like beach toys, beach umbrella and beach chairs were a nie touch from host. Svetlana vas very helpful and checked a few times if we needed anything. Location is great. 7 minutes drive to best beach in the USA.

Wonderful stay

This staycation was amazing. We have never been to the area and staying here allowed us to be near enough to everything we wanted to visit. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond. The home was perfect. Clean and spacious enough to enjoy our movie night and game night. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable Home

We enjoyed the coziness and attractiveness of the home. The king bed was a dream to sleep in. The setup is very welcoming and the location is good. The weather was not very good for beach going, but if it was, this is a quick trip to Siesta Key Beach. We did take advantage of several good restaurants in the area. The hosts were very responsive and responded promptly to any questions we had.

Short stay for a beach getaway

This place was perfect for a short stay! The inside is beautifully remodeled and had all the things you needed to start your trip toiletries, towels etc. The carport was perfect since our stay was during a historic rainfall! Only negative I would say is that the outside does not match the inside. The outside is maintained but close by neighbors did not match the upkeep of this property.

Worth every penny

My husband and I wanted to get away for a bit from the crazy Miami City. When I started comparing prices for hotels on siesta key and local areas, I found this Hidden gem. For the price you would pay for a two-star hotel, You could get an entire beautiful house! Everything was immaculate and there were some items in the closet you could take to the beach with you, like an umbrella and an anchor. If we ever go back up with a larger group. We would definitely rerent this house. The location was perfect. Just a block away from local restaurants and about a 7-minute drive to siesta key. The backyard is enormous! So much potential there. I do love to grill but the weather was so hot I did not. Anyway 10/10 would recommend!

This is a great house in a nice neighborhood, and my family of five (2 adults, 3 teens) really enjoyed our 3 nights stay here. There was plenty of space for all of us. We brought a lot of our own personal items just in case (body wash, pillow cases, sheets, washcloths, towels, beach stuff, even cleaning supplies). However, we really didn't need to since the house was clean and fully stocked. We were all comfortable. The location is excellent. Very close to stores (Publix, Walgreens, Walmart, etc), restaurants, entertainment, and lots of pretty beaches. We visited Siesta Key Village, Downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key Beach, Crescent Beach, Turtle Beach, and Lido Beach. The host is also EXCELLENT. She was kind, professional, thoughtful, and kept communication open with us throughout our entire stay. The only minor issue we had was a 30-minute check-in delay. However, the reason was because the person cleaning needed a little more time to finish the job which was fine because she did a great job. Be sure to read the Welcome manual. It's full of helpful information as well as a simple cleaning checklist to complete before you check out. Perhaps the cleaning lady had extra work before our check-in because the previous guests did not do their part before leaving? Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO rental. We really enjoyed this home and we would definitely stay here again for future visits.

Séjour fantastique

Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans cette belle maison. Il ne manquait rien. Tout était parfait et propre. Les hôtes sont réactifs et répondent très rapidement .Si nous devons revenir à Sarasota, nous reviendrons sans hésiter ici.
