Gorgeous renovation and impeccably appointed. TWO awesome family rooms with 70 inch flat screens in both. Sleeps 12 in comfort and style with 4 bedrooms. Two private bedrooms with one King bed in each. Central AC, washer/dryer and back deck. Our resort neighborhood offers Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and basketball, full gym/workout facility with locker rooms. A mile from Loon Mtn resort and in the heart of Lincoln and the White mountains. Restaurants and attractions are all right here. 1 Mile to Loon Mountain. Two miles to Clarks Trading Post and Whales Tale Water Park. Relax and Enjoy

Great stay

Our trip with friends was excellent. This property is in a great location and was everything it says and more. They had everything you needed and the whole house was clean. The rooms were spacious and with ample bathrooms, everyone was comfortable. The club house was great for both a sunny and a rainy day. The whole stay was great for both the adults and children! Jeff was a great host and communication was fantastic.

Wonderful!

We had a great weekend - the house was very nice and had a lot of space. Tastefully decorated and fully stocked with everything you need. Super easy shuttle to mountain right outside your door. Highly recommend!

Outstanding ski weekend

Perfect spot for our two families. Plenty of room - we easily could have accommodated another family given the beds and bedrooms. The kitchen was very well appointed, the living room was big and cozy. The downstairs living room was a lovely addition, although we didn’t find a need to use it. The location was great - close to loon and restaurants. The amenities at the clubhouse were great for the kids especially. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Property made for a great trip

The property was outstanding! (Recently renovated, spotless and beautiful) The location is great - In between Lincoln town center and Loon Mtn. The host was responsive in the messaging and we could not have asked for a better experience. Will certainly try to stay here again!

This house was perfect for our needs! We immediately felt at home - it was clean and there was enough space for us to put everything away!! The owner was really nice and accommodating. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation!

Gorgeous home in Lincoln

This stay was incredibly spectacular. Starting with dealing with the host, Jeff Santos to the great location and the gorgeous home. Jeff was very responsive to any questions or concerns. The home fit us all perfectly and my five grandchildren had the time of their life! Great home to make memories with the family! Thank you!

Wonderful week at Loon

Our family had a great week at this property. It was spacious, well-equipped with comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kitchen table was huge- great for eating and games. Gas fireplace made the great room very cozy. Access to the community center was a real plus as was the proximity to the mountain. Lots of TVs although we spent most of our down time playing games. We all loved it.

Perfection

WOW WOW WOW we loved this place and it made our holiday dream come true! The house was spotless, every detail covered - generous provisions, the kitchen was amazing and for Thanksgiving it was great to be able to seat 10 without issue or a folding chair! No one could go wrong here!

Amazing Rental!

Our family of 12, 6 adults and 6 kids (4 to 14), had an amazing stay!! The house was exactly as shown! It was impeccable. Had everything we needed plus more. The kids loved the downstairs and playing wiffle ball in the parking lot. The clubhouse was within walking distance. Both pools were great, the gym fully equipped. Perfect location to all local spots, never drove longer than 15min to get where we were going. The host was responsive, professional, and helpful. Hoping to make this an annual Memorial weekend trip for our family. Thank you for opening your property to us.

Great location and space!

This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway because of its fantastic location; close to everything we needed including shops and restaurants. It is a beautiful spacious home with stunning views of the mountains nearby. We stayed here on Father’s Day weekend and had a fantastic time especially the fathers in the group who had the time of their lives. The house was perfect for our family; 5 adults and 4 kids. The house is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything that we needed and more. The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds and clean linen. I have rented many homes in the past and this tops them all! Jeff was great to work with and answered any questions we had right away. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again!
