This home is an incredible base for exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon. The patio was my favorite but the home is fantastic, especially the kitchen! It has everything you need to relax after a long day of hiking. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful house and location! The house is a few miles off the main road, so it is very secluded and quiet which is what we like. The night skies were amazing; stars, milkyway. The house had everything we needed for our stay. It is a large house, perfect for larger groups. Communication with the host was very good, pretty much instant response. We made daytrips to Zion (only 15 minutes away), Bryce, and Grand Canyon, but they're is so much more to do it the area. Would definitely recommend this house, and would stay here again if we are visiting the area again.

Amazing trip

We loved our stay here! House was perfect and views, privacy was amazing. We felt it was a great location to explore Zion and Bruce Canyon National Parks! Would stay again!

The Mineral Spring house was great for our family, slept 6 comfortably. Very secluded but close to Zion NP, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and an hour away from Bryce Canyon. Beautiful part of the USA and the people were nice as well. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the remoteness and the stargazing and the general location of the property 15 minutes from the east entrance.I say remote, but it was only five or six minutes down to the local gas station convenience store, and less than 20 minutes away from Orderville, which had a Family Dollar and the essentials you might need for your trip.The house is fantastic, well maintained, a/c and heating both worked well with no problems.Best compliment I have is we would do it again which we might do next year.

Location is pretty amazing. Beautiful 360 degree views from the wrap-around deck. The house was very nice and had everything we might need for a comfortable stay.

Convenient to Zion and Bryce

Very nice place, quiet, modern, great night sky, convenient to Bryce and Zion. Out of the way but still close enough to gas and supplies.

Mineral Springs at Zion - so fun

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was in working order and it was exactly as listed. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our daily outings to all the nearby parks and Jeep trails.

House with a view

We were very happy with our stay and the property. Everything was very nice and I would recommend this property for anybody that is looking to get away from others and enjoy some peace and quiet.

Amazing views! Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful time staying at the mountain home, the views are amazing! Great location for relaxing and rest. Very quiet, we saw a few deer diving to the property. Home is comfortable and has all the amenities you need for a great stay-highly recommend! Great location within driving distance of both Zion and Bryce Canyon

A place to get away

Great location. About 10 minutes from the East gate of Zion. Very clean, cozy, bright house with lots of windows. Makes you appreciate the wilderness around you. Very spacious interior and large kitchen with lots of counters. Would stay again!

Unbelievably beautiful!

Only have 5 stars since I can't give 6. Secluded, comfortable home with awe-inspiring views. Location is ideal for Bryce and Zion. So much great hiking.

Beautiful property near national parks!

We loved our stay at mineral springs! The house was large, clean, and comfortable. The area was remote with stunning scenery while still being really accessible to national parks. The property owner was also very responsive to my communications. Thank you David again for your hospitality!

easy to zion

loved this home and our stay here. would stay here again. house was clean and well supplied to cover our needs. check-in and access was easy. short drive to Zion was a great asset and we loved the view from the porch. saw lots of wildlife and got our fill of the beautiful views. easy to head north for Bryce Canyon as well.

Amazing

5 stars. Excellent hospitality and very quick responsiveness from the host. The home was clean, the kitchen was well equipped for our family of 7. Enjoyed amazing views and some deer roaming the property.

Rural, Relaxed, Wonderful Views!

We loved our stay! If you're looking for a quiet, rural place to stay near Zion's East side, you can't find a better place! Zion's East side offers tons of hike and exploring away from the crowds, but it's only 40ish minutes to the main parking lot for the regular hikes in the valley. Our group loved returning each day to a quiet house surrounded by views of the mountains and valleys--just wonderful if you're looking to get away from the crowds. Late nights on the deck under the stars was an added bonus. Would absolutely book again if we return to Zion. Also only about 1 hr to Bryce Canyon, which is easily doable as a day-trip from this location.

Beautiful home outside Zion

The property is isolated and magical. Nestled in a valley well off the main road the home is large well appointed and offers a 360 degree view of the exquisite surroundings that this area of Utah provides. Close enough to Zion and 20 minutes from Kanab you are well situated. We love Zion and will come here again.

We were all blown away with the location. Away from the beaten path and so very private. We walked in the door and our mouths dropped open with how beautiful the kitchen was and the views from every direction were breath taking! So many big windows everywhere.The rooms were big and the furniture was so comfy. We all loved cooking together in that gorgeous kitchen. We enjoyed the star and moon gazing each evening and card games at the big dining room table. It was a wonderful time together in your comfy home. Thank you so much.

Wonderful

This house was wonderful. Great location for Zion, Bryce and Kanab area if you like space and want to experience the quiet of the high desert. The kitchen is great if you plan on cooking your own meals. All appliances work great. Sheets and blankets are nice and soft. David was responsive and answers all questions within minutesHighly recommend this house!

Perfect Spot in East Zion

Nice, house - big, clean with all the amenities we needed. We cooked all our meal in-house. East side of the park is under appreciated and this is a great spot to make base of operations. Excellent star gazing too as there is little light pollution. Also has the most reasonable check out procedures I've come across in years. Extra star just for that.
