Wake up early on your first morning with us, brew a fresh cup of coffee or tea, and walk out onto the front patio overlooking a spectacular panoramic ocean view of turquoise clear-blue water lapping gently onto the white sandy shore. Then walk downstairs, through our private beach access that opens directly onto the beach. Feel the soft white sand under your feet; scrunch your toes in it :) Take a seat on one of our private lounge chairs. Gaze out over the glistening water and notice the many sail boats silently bobbing around the bay, their occupants still sleeping peacefully within. Look to the right and to the left; the beach stretches on for miles and miles in either direction. This is a dream come true for you, you worked hard to be here, smile inwardly, live in the moment, feel the stress leave your body and realize that you are in the heart of paradise.

We are young(ish) couple who are originally from the twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago. We have two beautiful vibrant young children who want nothing more than to stay on a beach, any beach, all day long. We love being vacation rental hosts especially if it allows us to meet new people from all around the world from diverse cultures and backgrounds whilst on their vacation. We are happiest when our guests are satisfied with the aesthetics and comfort our vacation homes give them, their families and friends. Our goal is to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience with us and all that Sint Maarten has to offer. Our joint past experience within the Hospitality and Sales industries made transitioning into the realm of vacation home rentals a seamless and enjoyable one. We prepared our Serenity On The Sand, Beachfront Condo with comfort in mind. Our condo is located in the most beautiful and picturesque of settings, so our guests will be wowed by the location and the view alone. Our effort goes into ensuring that our guests both with and without children, feel relaxed and comfortable and they have everything they need readily available in the condo. We don’t believe our guests should pack and bring too many items on a plane or purchase it from a local store to make their stay comfortable. We love answering any questions guests may have if it means making their vacation a very memorable and an epic chapter in their life’s story. Inside, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and two ensuite bedrooms, making it ideal for families, couples, or long-term stays.
