Overall the unit was good, easy check in and great location (pool and beach front). The unit seemed to lack a little bit of care (no tissues, vacuum was left out, lightbulbs left on bathroom counter, tv remote didn’t match instructions, dining room fan missing pull chain and could not turn on, internet did not work). Besides these things, overall the unit was exactly whar we were looking and a good value for the price.

We had two unexpected maintenance visits. We would have liked advance notice and we turned the second person away. Floors blackened our bare feet.Water runs in a light stream from the tub spout most of the time. Difficult to get it to stop.Host was here when we arrived and she was very friendly. In general, we were very happy with the accommodations.

Great location on the ground floor to walk right out to the pool and beach. However, cleanliness was a problem. Dirty floors, dishwasher not working well, no sheets for the pullout couch, and pillow cases don’t cover the pillows. Several other small things in the condo are broken and in need of replacement.

The location was great but the inside of the condo was not spotless clean. There were dirt spots on the wall and floor in a few places and the cleaning staff left a Dunkin’ Donuts bag with something in it on the counter when we arrived. There were two light bulbs out in the main bathroom. The dishes were not all clean. Several glasses were filthy and we had to wash all the dishes BEFORE using any of them. The bathrooms did look like there were some mold issues and there was a general smell of must in the common area. If these issues were addressed it would be the perfect place to stay because the location was excellent and the beach was amazing!

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the excellent location and beautiful beach, but we’re truly sorry that the condo was not cleaned and prepared to the standard you expected, especially having to wash dishes before you could use them. We also apologize for the items left behind, burned-out light bulbs, and the concerns you noticed with the bathrooms and musty odor. We appreciate you bringing these details to our attention and will share them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review so we can address these areas and provide a more comfortable experience for future guests.

It was in a Great location close to everything, within walking distance or a short drive. The pool is right outside the patio doors and then steps to the beach. The accommodations were okay, an older property, so it is what it is. The maintenance crew is doing their best to keep the operation up and running. We were a group of 5 Guys on a Family fishing trip. Good times!

The pool and ocean were right outside our door! It was a beautiful location with steps to the beach as well as an easy drive to other entertainment, restaurants, etc. The condo was fairly comfortable but could use new, more comfortable furniture and removal of the plastic mattress protector, which was noisy with every turn and made us cold and sweaty.

Loved being able to walk straight in the room and right out the back to the back area. Everything we needed was right there. They have some extra items such as chairs and an umbrella to use if youve forgotten something, but the umbrella was broken. Im not sure if the ac doesnt run enough but there was a bit of mildew in the ceiling area coming from the ac vents. Everything else was clean and nice! Very afforadble

Overall nice place

The living and dining room furniture is a bit worn and battered but We weren’t there to hang out inside so it was acceptable. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We loved being on the first floor and able to walk out to the pool or walk over to the beach. We are talking about renting the same place again next year!
