Walk inside this beautiful 3,260 square-foot lakeview dream with 2 lakeview decks, a firepit overlooking the lake, and a private dock with a swimming ladder, fish cleaning station, and outdoor furniture. Just steps from the dock, enjoy your nights overlooking the lake around the firepit. This house has ample room inside and outside for entertaining. After a fun-filled day on the lake, you will truly enjoy grilling on the gas grill located on the upper deck, while catching the sights and sounds of the beautiful lake. The kitchen is fully furnished to accommodate all your beverage needs, as well as cooking needs. The main level has a breathtaking amount of natural light, from skylights, almost floor-to-ceiling windows, and sliding glass doors. Enjoy the lakefront view from the comfort of the couch, or relax and dine on the deck overlooking the lake. The open concept of the main level assures that you won't miss a thing! Along with the kitchen, living room, and laundry on the main level, you will also find the Master Bedroom, furnished with a new King bed and a full master bath.

The Upper Level has 2 bedrooms, both with new Queen beds, and a shared full bath with plenty of room to accommodate everyone's needs!

On the lower level, open the sliding glass door to one of the Lakeview decks overlooking the dock and outdoor firepit. This cozy space is furnished with 2 bunk beds, each having a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. This space is a great place to relax, play games or just take in the view! Spent the day swimming? There's a full bathroom with all linens provided.

From either of the decks, you might catch a glimpse of our local wildlife including Eagles, Great Blue Heron, Deer, Raccoons, Pelicans, Wild Turkeys, Turtles and the occasional Lake Otter


This vacation home is located in Cartwright Cove, a neighborhood in Gravois Mills. Area attractions include Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park and Downhill Ruckus, Ozarks International Raceway, Ozarks Amphitheater for concerts, Lake Ozark off-road park-The Loop (20 minutes away) the factory outlet mall, award-winning golf courses, boat rentals, miniature golf, go-cart tracks; As well as Lake of the Ozarks State Park, Grand Glaize Beach, and Ha Ha Tonka State Park. We are perfectly located only 10 minutes to 2 grocery stores, and 15 minutes to one of the largest grocery stores at the Lake. 16 popular restaurants- Vals, Redd's BBQ, Mystic Dragon, Chances R, Carmelita's, Shrimp Daddy's, Vinny's Cafe, The Tavern at Trails End, Sonic, Subway, Donut Shop, Taboo Grill, Phat Sals,
Whiskey Dicks Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cantina, and Macdaddys on the Lake. Within 7-20 minutes from the house as well are several coffee shops, a bowling alley, a movie theater, boutiques, and a hardware store. A couple of coves over is Bear Bottom Resort, which has a boat ramp, water slides for kids, and fireworks on Saturday nights in the summer. By water, take the boat to several near restaurants: Larrys on the Lake 31 Mile Marker (MM), and Captain Ron's 34.5 MM, where you can listen to live music while enjoying a meal & drink while relaxing on their beach.
