Located in the fun & entertaining "Orange Loop". Our house is within walking distance of everything! Directly behind our home are one-of-a-kind eateries & bars such as Tennessee Ave Beer Hall, Rhythm and Spirits, Bar 32 Chocolate Bar & much more! A quick stroll out the back door is a special gateway to all that the unique Orange Loop has to offer, such as restaurants, bars, special events, live music, a yoga studio & a coffee shop, all while being minutes to the beach!

This row home has been completely renovated, keeping some of the original details intact from 1901, including the window arches and hardwood stairs with vintage molding.

There are 4 floors of comfortable amenities, bedrooms and a special, fun entertainment space!

With flat screen Smart TV which includes streaming apps and surround sound (there is no cable).

Equipped for eating and cooking! You will find an eat-in nook and dining area with seating for 4.

The house has window air conditioner units to help keep you cool in the heat of the summer. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire home.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-On street parking only. There is no designated parking.
-This is a beach block right off of the boardwalk so parking can be limited at times.
-You will be provided with 2 residential parking permits to use in areas that have time restricted parking signage.
-$50 fee for unreturned parking permits upon check out.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

ADDITIONL PARKING:
-Park Place paid parking lot - 1 block over at the corner of Pacific Avenue and South Carolina Avenue
-Target Park - 1 block over at 144 S Tennessee Avenue
-Resorts Casino parking garage - 2 blocks over

MAIL:
-Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:
-Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.

SECURITY:
-The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "Blue Anchor Estate", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent is provided.
