This 3 bedroom home checks everything off you would want in a vacation home. Just a short drive to the beach or a 10-15 minute bike ride.

First floor offers a nice size kitchen that opens up in the living area. The master is located off the living area with a full bath. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms and a full bath. There is enough parking for 3 cars, 2 in the driveway and 1 off-street space (You will receive a parking map at check-in). Garage is not available for use. TV's are all smart TV's, no cable provided.

Community has a lot to offer - Shared clubhouse, outdoor pool, playground, sauna, steam room, pickle ball and basketball courts, gym, game room, 2 pool tables, walking paths and a shuttle to the beach during summer season. Indoor pool for owner use only. Tennis can be found in neighboring associations for a fee. Amenities are not included. You can purchase wristbands for anyone over 6 years of age at the clubhouse for $38 per person per week. There will be a $30 charge for missing card keys. Shuttle runs weekends only until 4pm.
