The property was beautiful, well maintained and stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. We all loved using the large community pool and gym. Bethany Beach is under 10 minutes, parking a block/two from beach.. Entire family enjoyed their stay!

We had a great time at your home (2 families - 4 adults and 5 kids). It was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed for our beach trip. We loved using the bikes, skateboard, basketball, pickleball equipment! The only thing I would update is that the price for wristbands to access pool/amenities did increase from the posting (45 per person) but it was still well worth the fee to be able to use the pool, which was walking distance from the home. The community was in a perfect location - 5 minute drive from Bethany Beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay in this home again. Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation!!

This house is beautiful! We traveled to Bethany Beach with a family group of eight people, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The large kitchen table allowed us a place to have meals and play games together. The communication with the hosts was prompt and clear both before and during our trip. The location of the house is convenient to area beaches, stores, and restaurants. If we travel to Bethany Beach again, we hope to stay in this house and make more family memories.

A great beach getaway

Our stay at the house included three families with 4 kids ranging from 4-6. The house was well appointed, had plenty of room for each family to have a room/bathroom, and one big room that fit all of the kids. The location was super convenient to everything and access to the pool was great.

We had 10 people in the age range of 1-70 and everyone had so much fun! A quick drive to the beach, shops, and ice cream, and a quick walk to the pool was extremely convenient for everyone. Clean, beautiful home in a great location. Can’t beat it!

July vacation week

This property was wonderful. It’s a new property so everything in photos is pretty accurate to what it looks like when you arrive. There was lots of space for our extended family to spread out and plenty of sleeping options. The community pool was great and the location to Bethany Beach was great. We enjoyed our family week and will look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Beautiful house in a friendly community

This was our second family trip to Bethany Beach. Ocean view was a friendly community and conveniently located near downtown, restaurants and the beach. The house was well kept and well stocked with amenities. No complaints. The community pool was a short walk away and was a lot of fun for the kids with its shallow depth. For days at the beach we would recommend Fenwick Island State Park. It was only a 10 minute drive and had reasonable parking rates for all day.

Very beautiful home

It is a beautiful house with many nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool and barbecue. We had three families, each had their own bedroom and bathroom. There was plenty of space for all. If I had to say something negative, that is not the owner's fault, it is the pond next to the property where geese come and do their business all over the street, sidewalk, and driveway. The baby ran in the grass and had it all over his feet.

Great location for families!

This was our first time visiting Bethany Beach, DE and it did not disappoint! There were 7 adults and 3 kids ages 1-6, and the location of this house, as well as the size of the bedrooms, were perfect. It was a quick walk to the pool, on a quiet street for the kids to ride their bikes, and a short drive to the ocean, shops, mini golf and restaurants. The Ocean View Beach Club facility was beautiful and well-maintained and the pool lifeguards were extremely vigilant. Our only minor complaint, was that the garbage was overflowing in the garage and smelled into the house, however this isn’t necessarily a homeowner issue, it’s an issue across the board in the development. Garbage only comes once a week so it piles up pretty quickly, but the property manager promptly came to the house to help rectify the situation. We quickly fell in love with the area, and will absolutely be back next summer!
