The spacious first-floor main living area creates a welcoming space for everyone to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal with seating at the breakfast bar and dining table. Gather around the flat-screen TV in the living area for family game night or cuddle up and watch a great movie. Access the outdoor oasis with a pool, hot tub, and lounging & grilling area. A laundry room with a washer/dryer and an additional full bathroom right off the pool area complete the 1st-floor features.

Make your way to the second floor, you'll find three guest bedrooms, there are two queen bedrooms on this floor, and a bunk room, which is a perfect retreat for kids, with two sets of bunk beds, sleeping four.  All three bedrooms will share the 2nd-floor bath, which features a walk-in shower. The primary king-bedroom suite is found on the 3rd floor, offering an electric fireplace and separate living space designed to feature Gulf views from every window. The luxurious spa-inspired bath features a spacious walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a double sink vanity. Relax on the 3rd-floor balcony with your evening beverage, listen to the soothing sounds of the swimming pool waterfall, and take in the salty gulf breeze before turning in for the night.
