Din perfekte 180º Beach View: Udsigten fra denne 4. etage enhed er betagende. At have fordel af en hjørne enhed kan du se helt ned til den indre kystnære vandvej uden bygninger blokkerer dit syn. Denne ferie leje er perfekt til alle i din gruppe. Hvis du elsker stranden, er du kun få skridt væk til solen, surfe, svømme eller gå på de smukke strande i Okaloosa Island. Hvis du foretrækker at slappe af uden alt sandet, kan du nyde stranden atmosfæren uden at forlade balkonen. Denne 4. etage enhed er den perfekte højde for en smuk udsigt og er lav nok til at høre de bølgende bølger, der slår dig i total afslapning! Min yndlings ting at gøre er at bringe en god bog og læse, lur, sol og slappe af på balkonen. Jeg har lyst til at jeg er på stranden med alle de bekvemmeligheder i hjemmet kun et skridt væk. Med Wi-Fi kan jeg endda medbringe min bærbare computer med mig. En dagligvarebutik og posthus er mindre end en halv mil væk, og en fortov findes på den ene side af gaden for vandrere og løbere.

Okaloosa Island er Gulf Front Beach samfund af Fort Walton Beach, FL. Beliggende mellem Fort Walton Beach og Destin. Okaloosa Island er berømt for lange sukker hvide sandstrande og smaragdgrønt vand og betragtes som den bedste overordnede strandoplevelse i Destin-området. Okaloosa Island er kun seks miles fra Destin, uden folkemængderne og trafikken på grund af sin højde grænse på 7 etager (ingen højhastigheder). We had a lovely stay at this condo! It was the perfect location and the view couldn't be beat. Condo was well stocked with everything you need including beach toys and chairs in addition to the ones that the owner provided to the beach service.

Wonderful Week

Everything was perfect. The beach was family friendly and beautiful and the view from the balcony can’t be beat. It was so convenient for the beach chairs/umbrella to be included in the rental since we spent so much time down at the beach.

Wonderful Experience!

Connie’s condo was a wonderful surprise, complete with everything we could ask for. Quiet, clean, perfect location and roomy. This is the best condo we’ve ever stayed in by far! Connie was very accommodating and welcoming. We felt like we were family, not just guest. I can’t express how fantastic this experience was for us, but we plan to be back next year!

Perfect for our family

Connie was so gracious our day of arrival. Getting out of the Fort Walton airport didn’t take any time at all so I messaged her and we were able to check in early, last minute. She was also very responsive when we had a few questions the following day. We love the location as it was away from busy Destin but still close and everything was easy to get around. Still lots of restaurants nearby, maybe not walking distance though.the condo setup was just what we needed for our small kids, the place was clean but nothing fancy, which we’re fine with as we don’t spend a lot of time inside. The beaches were great and there is a private boardwalk/showers for the condo residents. The pool is behind the condo on the street side, which was kind of a bummer you can’t see the ocean from there, and the pool bathrooms were horrible,had not been cleaned in awhile. Place was quiet and family friendly. We would definitely come back.

Nice unit, right on the beach. Quiet area. Having beach chairs & umbrella included with our reservation was a real plus. We also appreciated the owner’s communication and inquiry about our stay. We were disappointed that the pool was not beachside, but rather, across the parking lot.

Oakaloosa Island Comfort

Great location on the island. Futher away from the bigger resorts so the beach wasn't too crowded. Use of an umbrella and 2 beach chairs was great. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and very clean.

Great Views

This is an outstanding place to stay on the island. Just steps to pristine beach or enjoy expansive views from the deck or living area. Also, the unit is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen.

Stunning views!

The condo was so nice! When we arrived it looked exactly like the photos. It was clean and smelled fresh and the views of the ocean from almost everywhere in the condo was exactly what I hoped for! My husband and I loved staying here and hope to come back next year. It was wonderful!!!

Location, Location, Location!

Great view and a great location. This was the perfect beach for our family. Not too crowded and we were a short drive to everything we needed in town. The condo had everything we needed, and we especially loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evening to enjoy the view.

Nice Family Vacation

Enjoyed the sunny days at the beach, the view was amazing. The beach was easily accessible and the condo was close to resturants. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from the pier on beach at the condo.

Great stay at Connie's Condo!

We have come to Okaloosa Island for the past 10 years, always fun. We have stayed in a different condo each time, Connie's is right there at the top of the list. Clean, comfortable and the fact that it's a corner unit was a bonus. Lots of extra light and beach visibility. Would recommend her unit to everyone! Thank you!

Family Vacation & Dance Comp

Connie’s condo was exactly what we needed for our family vacation, which was also combined with a dance competition at the convention center. It was helpful to be near the convention center, while still being able to enjoy a private, family space with direct access to the beach. The chair service was a fantastic help, too. Connie is an amazing communicator and always willing to help! We appreciated this as our home away from home for the week.

Awesome Place

This property is beautiful. The owner is easy to work with and has great communication. The view is top notch. There is not a window in the place you don’t have a view of the ocean. The condo was spotless when we arrived and has everything you could ever need. The beds are comfortable. The beach access is easy and the pool is very nice. I can’t think of anything that was wrong or needs improvement. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful Stay

7th year for our ladies trip to Fort Walton Beach. First time to stay at Emerald Towers West and in Connie’s Condo which was nicely done and furnished; well kept and clean. Ocean front balcony (corner condo) with table & chairs. Just steps to the beach and to the umbrella/chair set-up. Connie had communicated prior to the trip with welcome and with information which made check-in & out seamless. She quickly and kindly responded to questions while we were there too. We appreciated staying in her condo this year as there were only 4 in our group this year and this condo suited us well.

Fantastic April Stay at Connie's Condo

This was a fantastic and comfortable property, close to many restaurants and shops. It had an amazing view of the beautiful beach from the balcony. The surf seemed to be only 125 - 150 feet away. This April trip was one of our top vacations and the best beach experience ever.

Very nice property

The property was just as described on the VRBO site. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with property manager was good. Location was perfect as a corner condo with outside deck wrapping around two sides so sunlight in space is a plus. Easy access to beach. We would give 5 stars except for an issue with the front door. Heavy winds and rain one day hitting front door flooded the front entryway. The door seal was worn out allowing water to pour in. If we weren’t there mopping up water and blocking with towel the front space and adjacent rooms would have had water damage. If this gets resolved we would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I have always enjoyed the white sandy beaches and emerald blue waters of Florida. I fell in love with the absolutely breathtaking view from this unit. Okaloosa Island is much more calm and relaxing than the crowds and traffic in Destin. So you can get away from it all and enjoy the serene beaches of Okaloosa Island that is just steps away from your unit or you can drive about 5 miles to Destin to mix with the crowds.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

My favorite spot in this unit is the balcony. I love to read, nap, sun, and just relax listening to the crashing waves. I can enjoy all the beach atmosphere from the convenience of my balcony. With Wi-Fi I can even bring my laptop out there. This corner unit just has a beautiful unobstructed view.

My kids love that they can walk to the Tom Thumb which is less than a half mile away to get snacks or a movie.

My husband loves that he does not need to drive everyone around and can relax or go play golf.

We also love to take walks. We mix it up between serene beach walks and walks on the sidewalk provided on Santa Rosa Boulevard.

If needed, Okaloosa Island also provides a shuttle service.
