The Space:
In this poolside ground-floor villa in the Villas at Poipu Kai, surrounded by palm trees and just a quick walk to Kuaui’s top beaches, enjoy 1600 sq ft of free-flowing open living space perfect for families, couples, and friends. E110 is right next to the pool.

Living Space
With glass doors open to the private lanai, this villa offers true indoor/outdoor living. Gather with your family in the bright open living area and watch a show on the flatscreen TV, check in at home using the high-speed internet, or simply admire the tropical views. With a sofa and two accent chairs inside and a spacious lanai extending the living space, there is plenty of room for everyone. Between the tropical breeze, the ceiling fans, and the central A/C, you’ll always be comfortable.

Open to the living area, the gourmet kitchen is light and bright with white cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The huge kitchen island boasts a farmhouse sink and seating for four. There is also a six-person formal dining table just steps away, as well as outdoor dining on the lanai, so the seating options for meals are endless.

Bedrooms & Baths
When you need a little time to yourself, this villa offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms with Tommy Bahama designer furnishings and private bathrooms. After busy days at the beach and pool, there’s nothing like relaxing on a private lanai outside your primary suite, unwinding in a soaking tub in the ensuite bathroom, and sinking into luxurious bedding on your King bed. The second primary bedroom also offers a King bed and ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom has two twin beds (which can be converted to a King) and a full bathroom in the hall. This villa also has a super-capacity washer and dryer to make beach living easier than ever.

You’ll love the easy access to multiple world-renowned beaches – just a quick walk down the pathway – and using our beach gear (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards) will make it easier than ever. There is also a fitness center and championship tennis courts on-site. After busy days, return to your private lanai and savor this quality time with your favorite people.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the beachfront Villas at Poipu Kai in Koloa, Hawaii, this villa is in the perfect spot to explore Kuaui. Within the community itself, you’ll have access to an incredible pool and waterfall hot tub nestled within beautifully landscaped grounds, a fully equipped fitness center, and eight championship tennis courts.
The villa is also just a quick walk down the path to the beach! Brennecke’s Beach, famous for its sea turtles, is extremely close to the villa. With smaller waves close to shore, it’s perfect for families and beginner boogie-boarders and surfers.
Poipu Beach, ranked one of the best beaches in the world, is also walkable from the villa. With fine white sand, turquoise waters, and a natural wading pool enclosed by lava rock, it’s a favorite family-friendly spot for snorkeling and boogie boarding.
If you love to hike, visit Shipwreck Beach, also within walking distance from the villa. Follow the trail up the limestone cliffs to Mahalapu Beach to experience one of the best places to watch the sunset.
Koloa Landing is also close to the villa. With beautiful coral reefs, sea turtles, parrotfish, tangs, and more, it’s one of the most popular spots for scuba diving and snorkeling on the island of Kauai.
When you need a break from the beach, hike or bike the area’s extensive trails, visit Poipu Shopping Village or Old Koloa Town, go on a ziplining adventure, stroll through the National Tropical Botanical Garden and other conservation areas, discover excellent nearby restaurants, or go to a show at a nearby resort to enjoy live island-style music.

Getting Around:
The closest airport is Lihue Airport (LIH ~15 mi). Once you arrive, you can rent a car to fully enjoy the island or take car transportation to the villa and explore by bicycle or even on foot if you plan to simply enjoy the beach!
