“Dune Our Thing” at 103 Summer House
*Summer House consists of two buildings within the complex. Building One, where this condominium is located, was renovated the winter of 2023-2024. The adjacent building (Building Two) is currently under renovations, which will be completed in May 2025. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Nestled on the beautiful Isle of Palms, “Dune Our Thing” is waiting for you. This oceanfront condominium has everything you need for a perfect Charleston vacation. “Dune Our Thing” is uniquely positioned to provide your family direct ocean and pool access. No elevators, no walking around a building, and no walking through a garage. You simply slide open the large oceanfront glass doors from the living room or master bedroom, walk past the outdoor living room and down a private staircase. Turn left you are at the pool. Turn right you are at the beach. It is perfect!

Summer House Community Update:
After a nine-month renovation, Summer House, Building One, is all new! "Dune Our Thing" is in Summer House Building One. Highlights from the renovation include:
New elevator
New railings
New exterior paint with a change in color
New decking and walkways
New finishes throughout the exterior
Building two of Summer House will be renovated starting September 2024 to April 2025.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed and twin bed with trundle

Description:
“Dune Our Thing” features a wonderful living area both inside and out, making it truly unique. The outdoor living area features a large sofa plus a high-top table and chairs that overlooks the beach and swimming pool. The interior living space provides stylish comfortable seating with oceanfront views. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry, and is nicely equipped for a family of six. The dining room has seating for six, plus two additional seats at the kitchen bar and two on the outside deck table.
When the day is over, and the sun has made your family sleepy, they will welcome each of the two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath, and direct access to the oceanfront outdoor living area. The guest bedroom is perfect for a second couple or for the children. It features a queen bed as well as a daybed with a trundle. It also has a private bathroom. An additional sleeping option is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
For your convenience, “Dune Our Thing” has a private laundry room just off the foyer and provides full-sized laundry appliances, iron, and board.
" Dune Our Thing” is in the Summer House community of Wild Dunes which has a delightful oceanfront swimming pool for you to enjoy. There is a wood walkway taking you down to the beach.
Parking:
Guest is permitted two cars at Summer House
Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October). These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.
Additional Amenities Include:
High speed internet with Wi-Fi.
