Whether you're here for summer lake days, fall hiking and mountain biking, or a winter getaway near the slopes, Black Bear's Den makes an easy home base for year-round Tahoe adventures.



This spacious South Lake Tahoe cabin combines classic mountain character with plenty of modern entertainment and family-friendly amenities. With 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 11 beds, there's room for everyone to settle in comfortably while still having plenty of space to gather.



The main living area is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large smart TV. After a day exploring Tahoe, it's the perfect place to relax together, watch a movie, or settle in for a cozy evening.



The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before hitting the slopes to large family dinners. It includes stainless-steel appliances, cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, a rice cooker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and drip coffee maker. The large dining table seats 10, giving everyone a place to gather around a meal.



The dedicated game room is where this home really comes alive. Challenge your group to a game of foosball or shuffleboard, choose from 100+ arcade games, or settle into the large entertainment area to watch sports or a movie on the impressive 83" HD TV with Yamaha soundbar. YouTube TV is available throughout the home, so there's always something to watch after a day of Tahoe adventures.



Kids and adults alike will love having their own space to play, compete, and hang out while others relax elsewhere in the home. It's a setup that works particularly well for families and multi-family groups.

Two bathrooms are located downstairs, one at each end of the home. One includes a tub/shower combination and the other features a shower stall.

Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire house and property, including six bedrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry facilities, the backyard, patio, and hot tub. Garage access and a free EV charger is also provided. Please note that a few small closets are locked for owner storage and are unavailable for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Great location, in a quiet Tahoe neighborhood, filed with nice homes, and rolling hills, on a large lot. Access the High Meadow Trailhead, with miles of hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking, a short walk from the property.



About 4 miles to Heavenly Village, the casinos, and the lake. Access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, golf courses, beaches, ski resorts, casinos, and practically all of South Lake Tahoe, within a 4 - 10 mile drive.



Getting Around:

The Bear's Den is located in a quiet South Lake Tahoe neighborhood with easy access to outdoor recreation and the area's major attractions.



The High Meadow Trailhead is approximately a 10-minute walk from the home, providing access to miles of hiking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing.

A car is recommended for exploring the area, although the nearby trail access makes it easy to get outside without driving.
