Denne 2011 bygget, Oceanside Singleton Beach hjem byder på alle de faciliteter, du ville forvente fra en ny hjem konstruktion med den ekstra fordel af gratis sæsonbestemt golfvogn pendulkørsel til stranden. Derudover får alle lejere en 5% basisrabat, der kan ansøges om gratis golf eller et e-gavekort til enhver på øen Serg Group Restaurant.

32 Crabline Court er et smukt udpeget nyt hjem med alle nye møbler, tilbehør og fladskærms-tv ud over nye Whirlpool Gold rustfrit stål apparater og granit / quartz bordplader i køkkenet og alle bad områder. Nyt hickory trægulve er placeret overalt på alle første sal boligarealer med plysj gulvtæpper i anden sal soveværelser. En privat pool ligger lige bag hjemmet.

Første etage på 32 Crabline Court består af et ejerens soveværelse, som har en kingsize seng, en dobbelt kommode, opholdsområde til to og et walk-in closet. Føreren bad har en dobbelt vask forfængelighed og walk-in bruser. Første sal andet soveværelse har en queensize seng, en dobbelt kommode, et opholdsområde og et privat bad med en enkelt vask forfængelighed med kombination badekar / bruser. En helt ny, fuld størrelse Whirlpool vaskemaskine og tørretumbler er også placeret på første sal.

De levende / køkken / spisestue områder har alle unikke designfunktioner, der knytter de tre rum sammen til en smuk stue og spiseplads. I stuen er der et rummeligt område med et to-etages loft, der giver rigeligt sollys gennem sine fire store vinduer. Møbler aftaler omfatter en sektions sofa med en dronning luftmadras udtræksseng, to komfortable lænestole og drivved accent stykker. Den 42 "fladskærms-tv har også en DVD / Blue Ray-afspiller, så gæsterne kan nyde film og underholdning. Køkkenet, som er en del af det store rum, har rigelig diskplads og skabsplads. Barstole rundt om hjørnet Morgenmad bar område giver ekstra plads til den otte plads Hooker Møbler spisebord.

Andet sal har et andet soveværelse med en kingsize seng, en dobbelt kommode, et opholdsområde, rigelig skabsplads og et privat bad med en forfængelighed og en kombination badekar / bruser. Soveværelser 4 og 5 har to enkeltsenge i hvert værelse med en dobbelt kommode, en armstol og natstand og dele et bad. Alle værelser har nye fladskærms-tv og loft fans.

Crabline Court er en smuk enklave af luksushuse på en blindgyde med 4, 5, 6 og 7 soveværelser boliger med pools. Da Crabline Court ligger ved siden af den nyeste bypark, har du nem adgang til tennis, basketball, fodbold og baseballbaner. Stranden adgang kan køres til på bare 1 minut, cyklet til i 3 minutter. Crabline Court hjem er placeret ud for Singleton Beach Road.

Thank you for the 5-Star review. We always try to give our guest a 5-Star experience. I understand you and your group enjoyed the golfing offered in Hilton Head. I hope you also got a chance to the Heritage golf event. Regarding the pool heater, indeed it was broken. For that we apologize. The heater broke a few weeks prior to your stay and a new one was put on order as soon as we found out about the situation. Unfortunately, there was a 2-3 week lead time on the new heater and it arrive toward the end of your stay. I believe it was installed a day or two prior to your departure. As we did not have a request from you for the pool heater to be turned on until after your arrival, by that time it was too late to offer pool heating. Please note the new heater is in place and functioning properly. Again, sorry for any inconvenience. With that, we are glad you had a 5-Star experience and we hope to host you again. Everything was great except one thing. We’d manually set the ac down each day and the temperature would remain 80 degrees in the house. Each person tried to move it down. I asked the host and he said you could just move it down, but it remained warm the whole trip.

Bob, thank you for the review. We always try to give our guest a 10 out of 10 stay. We are sorry we fell short this time. It should be noted that indeed we spoke regarding the air conditioning system and that I advised that you could manually adjust it. However, I was not aware the manual adjustment was not working as I never heard back from you so I assumed it was working. As it turned out, I was advised by our property manager upon the check out inspection the system was still not working. I immediately called our AC company who identified the problem as a malfunctioning breaker in the unit. The breaker was repaired and the system is now operating properly. Rest assured we always try to give our guest a 10/10 experience which is evidenced by our overall 9.8/10 rating on VRBO. Again, sorry for the inconvenience and we hope to have you rent again soon. Additionally, we are no more than a 10 minute drive to 13 on-island golf courses including the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course and the Country Club of Hilton Head. Lastly, if your a shopper, we are 15 minutes from the Tanger Outlets and 5 minutes to Shelter Cove and Coligny. Absolutely gorgeous property and neighborhood!

Beautiful, clean and well stocked home! Hotel quality sheets, towels and amenities. One of the best springbreak properties we've stayed at and we pick a new state every year!

Fall Break

Overall the property was very nice, however it could use a good deep cleaning under all furniture. Beach was close by and had plenty of space for the family. Would stay again.

If you found something out of sorts, we apologize for that and will put our cleaner on notice to review under the furniture. It should be noted that we deep clean the furniture a minimum of three times a year. If there was a section under the furniture that was missed, we apologize. Nice home and close to everything

The home was ideal for 4 golfers. Separate rooms and baths are always a require feature for us and it worked out quite well.

Thanksgiving getaway!

What a beautiful home. So comfortable and roomy. The heated pool was a big hit! We were close to the beach and made many trips there. If I ever go back to Hilton Head I would choose this house again.

As you mentioned, our home is beachside and we are only a 2-3 minute bike ride to the beach. If you elected to walk, it is only about 7-8 minute walk. During peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day), we offer a free golf cart shuttle service which most of our guests take advantage of in the summer season. Also, we are glad you enjoyed our heated pool. Kids and adults alike love swimming in the pool while heated and it only goes to enhancing our guests stay. New Years Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head. The house was great, spacious and very comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool. 32 Crabline is in close proximity to everything.

It allows all guests (especially kids) to have year round enjoyment when the ocean water is too cold. We are also glad you found the home spacious and comfortable. Great house

Very nice ! Kitchen was well furnished Need to bring tissues and extra toilet paper. Very nice accommodations. Quiet neighborhood. Suited our needs perfectly.

Wonderful Vacation

The property was great, close to local restaurants, easy walk to the beach and other activities. The property was well maintained, and we loved the pool area. We had a party of 11 and the property had plenty of room for everyone. I found the area safe and quiet. We actually met one resident who was very friendly. All in all a great visit, I wouldn't hesitate booking this unit again.

With a 90% 5-Star rating rate from our guests, we are surprised by your comment on the house not being clean to your standards. Our cleaner has been with us for 11 years and she is very meticulous about ensuring the home is well cleaned for all guests. As my property manager or myself did not receive a call regarding any cleaning issues upon your arrival or during your stay, we can only assume the house was cleaned to the same standard it is always cleaned to for all guest. That standard is always a meticulous cleaning. We are glad you enjoyed the neighborhood which all guest find quiet and convenient to the beach and attractions. This is one of the many advantages our home offers over others on the island. With all this said, we are again glad you had a 5-Star stay and we hope to host you again in the future.
