This cute small (about 20 m2 )comfortable, quiet and romantic apartment is located on the attic of an18th century building on the 4th floor (no elevator) It is very bright, peaceful and quiet looking over the roofs of Paris
there is a kitchen with everything you need to make a meal
a comfortable double bed From one to 2 people When you make an inquiry please tell me a little bit about you where you are from etc Because I live in New York will need your email address and a WhatsApp phone number so I can send you the self check in instructions, information and tips for your visit I would also like to know a little bit about you

We absolutely LOVED our stay with Arlette. It was the perfect, cozy place to wind down after a day of adventuring around Paris. Arlette had it equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood around us was so alive with restaurants, shopping, bars, everything you could wish for just steps away! At the same time, it didn’t feel super touristy and wasn’t too busy either. It was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Arlette!!

The apartment was small, but perfect for just one or two people! It looked exactly as the pictures showed. However, the location was by far the best deal! So many cute shops, cafes, and restaurants less than a 10 minute walk! The train station was also very conveniently close! I was traveling alone as a woman and never felt unsafe in the area, even after dark! Arlette was very communicative and easy to reach with any questions I had! Even on the hottest day (90), the apartment was not entirely uncomfortable with the fans on and windows open. Any neighbors I ran I to were also very kind! There is a shop next door with the prettiest and unique jewelry, definitely check it out!

This apartment is very well situated in the Marais. It was great for two small people or one person. It’s nice to have a small kitchen even if you eat at restaurants and cafes. The host is lovely and very helpful. Thanks for having us. Louise

This was a great little apartment in every way! The neighborhood was convenient, the apt clean and had all the kitchen things I need. The host had great communication and went above and beyond with recommendations.

I loved this property so much! The communication with the host was spectacular, very quick to reply and clear in any instructions. The apartment is in the perfect location. It is clean, has a well equipped kitchen as well. I would reccommend this place, and hope to stay here again soon!

This apartment is in an excellent location, close to many museums, metro and more. It is four floors up with no elevator and no air con. It is tiny and needing some tlc for example dishes and pots are in poor shape, door falls off the freezer ...rattan stool worn out etc. Landlady good communicator

For our first visit to Paris, this apartment the perfect base. Easy to get to from CDG, centrally located in the heart of the city, with quick access to the Metro. The neighborhood is fun, with plenty of places to eat and shop. When travelling, we love to hit up the local food markets and do a little cooking and the kitchenette was exactly what we needed. The space was clean and warm, despite being quite chilly outside. We would absolutely stay here again when returning to Paris.

Had a wonderful time staying in this sweet little apartment. It's definitely small, but met all our needs so well -- we were able to buy some fresh fruit and cheese and keep it there in the fridge, and make coffee in the mornings, which was such an improvement over staying at a hotel. And its location absolutely cannot be beat. Just step outside and you're a block away from fabulous cafes, shops, patisseries, boulangeries, and so much more. The host was reachable and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a fantastic neighborhood

We had a great stay here, check-in instructions were easy to follow and apartment is conveniently located in the Marais neighborhood near the metro with many shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Arlette is a fantastic host and easy to communicate with!

This apartment is very close and walking distance to all of the historical sites in Paris. There are four flights of very steep stairs going up to the apartment. It’s very small but satisfactory for a nice few days in Paris. The bed was very comfortable.

The location is fantastic with so many excellent restaurants & shops just a few minutes walk away, plus walkig distance to other great neighborhoods. It is a bright, clean, quiet, cozy place to lay your head after a long day of walking around Paris. The place is very small, so if you are 6ft or taller this might not be the right fit.

Great Apartment

This is such a great little apartment in a great location! There are tons of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby but the street is still very quiet. Arlette, the host, is extremely communicative and makes the whole process so easy! I would definitely stay here again!

Overall my stay was great. The location was great for me. The neighborhood and courtyard was quiet and I felt very safe. Check in was flexible and independent, and checkout was flexible and independent. Everything was just as the host communicated. Host provided ideas and suggestions for activities and restaurants. It was a great place to stay.

Amazing stay!

This apartment is adorable and close to many mist-see sights in Paris. Arlette was great at communicating with us, making it a very smooth check-in process. Would definitely recommend!

Marvellous Marais

Great place! Spent 7nights and was extremely comfortable (super bed). Location is terrific, a grocery across the street and restaurants and cafés galore. Thanks Arlette (and Randy for being so patient with me!)

Perfect place in the heart of Paris

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and had an excellent experience. The host was very responsive and communicated very clearly before, during, and after our stay. The apartment is very centrally located, but not in a touristy part of town, so you can experience the city really well. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The neighborhood is vibrant with many cafes , bakeries and boutiques It’s the historical center of Paris and especially fitted for art lovers, it has many art galleries and museums
The place is a small very Parisian nest (20 square meter) but it is comfortable and quiet and affordable where you can choose to cook ( buying food steps away) or eat in one of the many places nearby
