Dette er min egen lille 'pied à terre "i Paris ... ligger lige bag Picasso Museum ... en 40 kvadratmeter loft ... trægulve, stort badeværelse med et træ statue af Ganesh udsigt jer; stedet er fuld af charme ... du får lov til at tale med de afrikanske malerier på væggene samt indfødte statuer fra Colombia og Mexico ... det opretstående klaver er lidt ude af trit, men min gamle overbo vil ikke bebrejde dig for det ...

Lejligheden er blevet totalt renoveret April 2013. Nyt fuldt udstyret køkken, nyt badeværelse, ny maling, nyt el, nye en masse ting ...

Stedet er meget stille og frisk. Det har "gode vibes" ... et af de steder, af en eller anden mærkelig grund, du bare føler godt der ... Det er, hvad folk fortæller mig alligevel ...

At placere den flade, du er 30 sekunder væk fra Picasso-museet ... Jeg vil ikke beskrive nabolaget, du skal vide det nu ...

Bemærk, at der ikke er nogen mening ... Må ikke forvente at se Eiffeltårnet eller Gud ved hvad andre Paris monument; vil du ikke.

Unique in the best way. A cozy and tastefully designed apartment in an equally artistic and beautiful location. Unforgettable stay! The host Paolo was very friendly and communicative as well, and all of the proper amenities were in order.

I loved everything about my stay. The location is fabulous and the host was wonderful. Paolo stayed in contact with me, everything was easy. The apartment was newly renovated, immaculate, with lots of storage space, fully stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and linens were lovely. I was traveling alone and felt very safe in the building. This space is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Paolo, it was an exceptional stay.

Apartment was as described, large studio in the heart of the Maria’s. Newly renovated, freshly painted and very clean. Lovely big, comfortable bed, easy to navigate washing machine and dryer, great little kitchen and a very welcome bathtub.Communication with Paolo was excellent with quick replies to any queries. Loved our stay.

Paolo’s flat was the perfect home for our week in Paris. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood in La Marais, close to great restaurants and fun shops. The flat was just as pictured and Paolo was an excellent host. We would definitely stay here on future trips to Paris.

The apartment is located in Le Marais, one block from the Picasso Museum. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the owner provides helpful information to enhance your stay. It’s within easy walking distance to two metro lines which will get you to any place you may want to visit in the city. Many good restaurants nearby and within a ten minute walking radius of the apartment. The apartment feels must larger than the stated size and was a great place to relax after longs days of sightseeing.

Excellent studio, fantastic location

We loved staying at this property. It was close to great food and shopping, reasonable walking distance from most of the sites we went to see, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This vrbo was perfect for us - location was wonderful with lots of restaurants and shops, and close proximity to metro. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and a very quiet place to come back to in the evening after a busy day! We loved it!

Simply wonderful. Our stay could not have been easier or better. Paolo is a very good host and communicator. We had no problems finding or getting into the apartment. We felt like we had our own slice of Paris. The apartment is quiet and has everything you need and is located next to cafes, restaurants and shops. We felt very safe and had a remarkable time. We most certainly would book again.

Perfect Paris Stay

Great little spot in the artist district

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! What a beautiful city and tons of places just a short walk from the unit. Once we were used to the metro and buses getting anywhere was quite easy. Paolo was an excellent host and great communicator!

The perfect hideaway in Paris

I loved staying at this property! The Marais area of Paris and the Apt is just great, super clean and easy to check in .Everything that you would want is there for you to use from the kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom. Paolo is an amazing host and always ready to answer any concerns you would have. I highly recommend this place .

A hidden gem, in the fabulous Marais!

We were quite lucky to not only find this gem, but were supported by a kind and supportive host! The neighborhood is fabulous. It is a real lived in arrondissement, filled with absolutely everything you could imagine to make you feel like you are actually Parisian; not a tourist.

Paolo’s flat was perfect for the two of us. Very clean, very well decorated and very comfortable. Paolo was phenomenal in communications for checking in, suggestions on places and things to do and checking out along with the apartment information. Highly recommend Paolo and his flat!

Returning and Getting To Know the Extraordinary Marais Better

This is a one of a kind apartment, everything and more than the high expectations that the photos and information conveyed to us when we were looking for a place to stay in the midst of the Marais. For a week we thoroughly enjoyed re-visiting old favourites and finding many more, helped greatly by Paolo's recommendations. Paolo's rental would be our first choice any time we return to central Paris.

Just as described: a roomy, well-appointed, beautifully furnished and sparkling clean apartment. As Paolo says, there is little natural light and no view, but it is quiet and serene with important cultural sites (Picasso, Carnavalet museums), great cafes (Le Progres) and restaurants nearby

Fantastic stay in le Marais

We loved our stay in Paolo’s Place. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. It was quiet, warm and cosy even on a cold night. The bed was comfy and we slept well. Everything you need was provided and the place was spotless. The washer and dryer worked well. The location was fantastic. Lots of cafes and shops as soon as you step out of the building. Picasso museum is visible across the square. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Paris stay

We loved our stay in this very comfortable apartment. The location could not be beat…lovely and lively area day and night. The apartment is quiet, cool, and perfect for sleeping in on those mornings you just don’t want to get out of bed. It was well supplied with everything from umbrellas to kitchen items. The owner responded to our communications immediately and was tremendously helpful. I want to return as soon as possible. I made a serious mistake leaving…

Good place to come home to

It was not your cookie-cutter VRBO. It was interesting and colorful and gave us the feeling that it uniquely reflected the personality of the owner. It was a good place to come home to after a busy day. This apartment is larger and more roomy than the pictures show because it has truly separate areas, including a kitchen area, a bathroom-laundry room combination, and a toilet room (water closet, powder room). The amenities are also ample. We particularly appreciated the washer and dryer. One more thing: There is no traffic noise even though you are in a busy location. Stayed there comfortably for the whole month of July and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely studio

Perfect! Everything as described. We loved it. Great area (Marais) with lot of restaurants, little shops ... Easy access to the metro. Studio is large, very clean and one of the best equipped apartments ever, great! Very cozy and charming. Easy check-in and check-out. Very good communication just in time with the friendly host Paolo. No traffic noise or other - so we could sleep as long as we want. My wife loved the piano. We can highly recommend this studio and want to come back as soon as possible :) Rainer

Perfect Parisian Apartment

We absolutely loved our stay at Paolo's apartment. It is located on a quiet, peaceful street that is just two streets away from a bustling area with everything we needed (grocery, restaurants, a park, pharmacy, wine shop, etc.). The surrounding blocks are filled with restaurants and shops, we loved exploring the neighborhood. It is within easy walking distance of Notre Dame, Saint-Chapelle, the Louvre, and the luxembourg gardens/the Latin quarter, and there are nearby metro stations that took us to Gare du Nord, the Eiffel Tower, etc. The apartment itself was spacious and we loved having the kitchenette and laundry. Everything was as described in the listing and it was great communicating with Paolo. We had a perfect week and when we're in Paris again we would love to stay again!

I've been renting my place through VRBO for the last 14 years... it's been really good; some of the people who rented my place have actually become friends... I've only had joyful happy people who enjoyed the joyful happy vibe of the place...

Its location makes it special of course... but also, unlike many rentals, you really feel as if you were in a home, not a "Ikea" showroom... it's a special place...
