Bar Harbor 5 bedroom 3 bath with hot tub and large backyard

I was disappointed to see this review, but appreciate the feedback and would like to add clarity for future renters: **AC units are in each bedroom and are listed as such on the rental information **There is no living room on the main floor and the house is listed as such on the rental information. We have a very large sectional (as mentioned) in the basement and a large dining table set on the first floor, which is great for playing games, doing puzzles or spending time with family during meals **All kitchen items are new (under two years old) minus the dishes, which are all in good condition. **Due to extreme heat and dry conditions our well must have been running low during this visit. **There is a lockbox by the side door. It is attached to the back of the steps (to the left of the steps if you are walking up them) These should not be needed as the front door has a key code for entry. **The chemicals (bromine)in the hot tub are in a floating container that can be removed if needed. ** The mattresses in the house are Serta & Purple. They are checked annually and changed out as needed. The pillows are new each year and range from standard size to king size. As listed in the welcome note, we encourage renters to message us immediately if you have any concerns about the property. We are always willing to send over a maintenance person or come over ourselves if their are concerns to try to address the concerns right away.
