The property includes 3 separate homes which altogether host 13 beds and 6 full bathrooms.

—The Main House—
• Master Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed, ensuite bathroom with standing shower & jacuzzi bathtub, balcony
• Single Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower bath, balcony
• Double Bedroom (Upstairs): 2 Double beds, ensuite bathroom with shower bath, balcony
• Den (Downstairs): Queen sofa bed, catty-corner to hallway bathroom, deck access
• Hallway Bathroom (Downstairs): full bathroom with standing shower

—The Bunk House—
• (Upstairs) Loft style living with 4 Double beds, kitchenette, lounging area, and full bathroom with standing shower

—The Lodge—
• Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): 1 Double bed, 1 Queen bed shared access to hallway bathroom
• Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): 2 Double beds, shared access to hallway bathroom
• Hallway Bathroom (Upstairs): full bathroom with double sink and standing shower
• Half bathroom downstairs in the living room

**SECURITY CAMERAS**
Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property facing all entrances and the pool area.

**STRICT NO PET, NO SMOKING POLICY**
We are a nature property, which means there is a risk of coming into contact with surrounding wildlife, including snakes, spiders, coyotes, and bobcats. This is not a safe environment for pets who may become curious and come into contact with wildlife. Additionally, we are in an extreme fire warning area, which means no smoking or fires of any kind are allowed on the property.

**HOT TUB USAGE**
One hour of hot tub use per night booked is included at no extra cost. The heating time (about 1 hour) is not deducted from your included time. This time can be used altogether or split between separate occasions. Extra time can be requested for an added fee.

**EVENTS AND WEDDINGS**
Please inquire about hosting an event prior to booking. There is a 3-night minimum stay if you would like to host an event of up to 50 guests. Maximum 20 guests are allowed to stay overnight at the property. Additional fee and rules apply. Maximum 25 cars allowed on the property. Quiet hours begin at 10pm—all outside music and noise must be turned off by then.

**SPA SERVICES**
Guests have a complete wellness spa at their disposal with the latest technology and trained professionals. Ask about our spa services and treatments. Must be booked 2 weeks prior to stay.

**CHEF SERVICES**
Leave the stress of cooking behind. Our chef services allow you to curate a menu to your liking and can accommodate dietary restrictions. Please inquire at least 6 weeks in advance. Only for general bookings and retreats of up to 20 guests, not events.
