Great location! The Bay, the Beach, great restaurants all steps away. Owner lives in unit above. Very friendly and helpful. Bedroom has A/C unit but none in the living room area. We knew that but it did get very warm. We brought a fan and it helped. Closet has beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, etc for the beach. Having a parking spot was fantastic. Parking in the area is not easy. We would go back!

Unbelievable location—super close to the beach and bay. Nice comfy spacious place. Everything we needed was right there. Really really enjoyed our stay. Could have used more help with entry instructions — we couldn’t figure out how to lock the door. Luckily the owner came by to help us. Finally, don’t bother asking for a late check out — it’s the first time in 50 years of traveling we’ve been denied.

Thank you for the great review. We're glad S811 - Seagirt Oasis’s location and comfortable, spacious layout met your needs. Sorry for the trouble with the entry instructions and locking the door — we're glad the owner was able to assist. We will review and update the access instructions to make locking/unlocking clearer. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the late checkout. We try to accommodate requests when possible, but sometimes scheduling and cleaning needs prevent us from granting them. We'll review our turnaround procedures to see where we can improve. Thank you for choosing Coast Vacation Homes; we hope to welcome you back.

Thanks Ed, happy to hear you enjoyed the home and the location. Being close to both the ocean and bay with so many food spots nearby really is hard to beat. From everything we saw, it looked like the stay went great, so not sure what held it back from five stars. We'd love to welcome you back and hopefully make it a full five next time.

This space was perfect for just two people, you felt cozy and the decorations made it feel like home. I enjoyed the TV being hung in the corner of the bedroom so you could be comfortable. The pillows on this bed and the mattress were so comfortable great night sleep. The bathroom was just enough size for two people.

Less than a minute walk to beaches

Cozy little apartment very close to bay and oceanfront beaches, so you get to see best of both the worlds. Apartment is nice and clean with all the amenities (except dishwasher and laundry, paid laundry is close by). But nothing can beat the location, we enjoyed all the local restaurants and cafes just by walking in the area.

Great Place for Couple/Small Family

This was a great property for our small family. Right in middle of Mission and Pacific beaches and so close to everything we love. Check In/Checkout was easy and convenient and it was great that they contacted us a little early to inform us the space was ready. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Love the fact that it’s an easy walk to the quieter bayside or Mission beach of looking for the full beach experience. Would recommend this condo to any couple or small family looking for a great convenient place to stay.

Condo was clean and comfortable. You can hear the upstairs occupants (host) talking. They sound like the teacher from Charlie Brown, you can hear them walk across the room. Other than that it was ok. The initial fragrant when we walked in was a bit musty. Will we stay here again, probably not. Not for us. They did provided everything you need, chairs, umbrellas, towels. Overall it was an ok place to stay.

Beach Weekend!

Such a cozy condo! It is exactly as it is described. We walked into a beautiful home away from home for two days. Kitchen is ready for use, plenty of linens in the bathroom and bedroom, no issues with the TV or WiFi. It was great! Location is awesome. Just across the street from the beach ... and about a 20 minute walk/5 minute drive to Belmont Park. It was nice to try out a neighborhood restaurant, rather than our usual on the boardwalk. Check-in and checkout was seamless! We would definitely book this unit again.
