Velkommen til stranden! Denne enhed er beliggende i en ejerlejlighed kompleks sidder direkte på stranden med en fælles swimmingpool og spabad beliggende i området gårdhave. Komplekset indeholder også 2 gas grill støder op til bygningen.

Enheden har modtaget mange opgraderinger, herunder 32 "LCD-tv i alle værelser, en 46" LED LCD i stuen, en opvaskemaskine i rustfrit stål, et køleskab i rustfrit stål og tæppe og møbler til den screenede veranda med udsigt over stranden. Andre opgraderinger omfatter køkkengrej, bestik og stentøj til madlavning og spisning i.

Bedding er: 1 dronning i master, en dronning i BR 2, BR 3 har 2 tvillinger og en fuld (pyramide køje stil). Loft fans er i alle værelser.

Cockroaches!!!!

I hated to leave this review but I addressed with the property manager and basically was blown off as if my concerns were not valid. The unit was not clean. Sticky kitchen countertops upon arrival along with a spill in the fridge, as well as hair and debris in the silverware holder. There was food in the couches, left from previous renters. Among other things, I don’t have time to list. These were all things I was willing to tolerate. However the COCKROACHES found in the bedroom put me over the limit. I addressed these concerns with the manager and basically was told “thanks, I’ll check on these things when I visit in August” SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! and stay somewhere else!!!I would have left if I wasn’t invested in this place and couldn’t spend the money to go elsewhere, as this was a stretch for our family. Not worth the money or the health concerns! This vacation was lackluster to say the least. Lesson learned.

Mark was very responsive and quick to get things done. The inside of condo was clean and as expected. Beautiful Location and Comfy Beds

We had a great week at Mark's condo. We appreciated the location as the beach was not as busy as some of the larger buildings. All the beds were amazingly comfortable! The condo was a little smaller than other 3 bedrooms that we have stayed in, but it still worked for our family of 6. The laundry room is in a closet and is just outside the main entrance to the condo. It was a little inconvenient because you have to keep opening the main entrance door, which let's heat in the condo and in the heat of summer, I was sweating out there doing laundry. It is apparent that most of the condo has been remodeled. Floors, paint, lighted ceiling fans are all amazing upgrades. There were plenty of fluffy bath towels too! One thing that we noticed when we arrived was a musty smell. We quickly discovered that the source of the smell was in the kitchen cabinets. When we opened any cabinet door, there was an overwhelming smell of dampness and mold. I had to wash anything we used to cook, eat, or drink because of the smell on the dishes. Maybe a kitchen remodel is next on the owner's list? The pool was clean and the perfect temperature all week long. We never had a problem getting a chair at the pool and they were durable and comfortable to relax in. Overall, this condo exceeded out expectations in most areas and Mark was a great communicator!

Unit Has Nice Layout

Enjoyed the hot tub and the short walk to the beach 🏖 Bedroom layouts worked nicely for our family. Unit owner made the whole process run very smoothly. We enjoyed a much needed stress free vacation!

This is a lovely property with easy ocean front beach access and a large pool. The unit was very clean & stocked with all the necessities for your visit.

A great place to soak in the sun.

A great place to soak in the sun. Everything was perfect. The check in was very easy. And the pool was very nice. It was such an easy walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again. The host was very attentive.

Newly Remodeled

The place is new newly remodeled. The owner keep us informed of issues of the property. The only down side was in the master bedroom the blinds on the sliding door let a lot of light in. My wife like it dark in the bedroom.

Great Vacation!

The condo was great! Very comfortable and a great size for us. The location was perfect! The building sits in between 2 larger towers - so not many people right out front on the beach compared to the buildings on either side. The building needs some help on the outside and the hot tub was closed. Overall - would highly recommend! The bed in the master was so so comfortable!!

Older condo, great location

Had a family vacation with my parents and grandma. Staying on the third floor, the elevator was extremely helpful, but it honestly sounded like it was going to break down at any moment. Cleanliness of actual unit was okay. But floors were still covered in sand when we walked in and other little things that we felt as though should’ve been done since check in wasn’t until 4. Vrbo app notified us of being able to check in closer to 2, but cleaning person was still in the room when I tried entering unit. The location of the complex was great. The walk to the beach was as easy as it could be having two disabled family members. Pool always seemed to be very clean and not overly packed. Overall, we’d stay again

Actual unit great !

The building is not up to par. Elevator was broke on check in day. The parking was an issue everyday. The pool was nice but the hot tub and area looked dirty and then was broke. Happy with the price range because the unit itself was nice.

Summer kickoff

The condo was clean and nicely updated. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. The master bed was so comfortable. Very easy access to the beach. The pool was nice and never crowded. We had 7 people with 4 teens and a 5 year old and were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Our first VRBO

Pool and property are cleaned and maintained daily. Condo was good size for family of 4. There were 2 beds we didn’t use. Had everything we needed. Owner answered every email quickly, most replies were immediate. Thankful for the local advice and recommendations, this condo is minutes from EalMart, Kroger, Bass Pro.

Great value for ocean view!

This condo was a great deal for being right on the beach! It needed some updating, but was well worth the price.

Vært: Mark H. Finley

I am a retired civil engineer and my wife is a retired elementary school teacher. My favorite hobbies away from the beach are tennis and watching college football.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We have replaced all the walls, flooring, ceiling, HVAC system, ceiling fans, and light fixtures for the 2021 summer rental season.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

I love to eat breakfast out on the screened in porch overlooking the ocean and hear the waves pounding into the sand. My wife and I also enjoy kayaking in the marsh areas that are within an easy drive of the unit.
