Summary:
Centrally located 2-bedroom condo in Orlando! Situated just minutes away from all of Orlando's major attractions and venues, you'll have easy access to everything the city has to offer. Located on the first floor of a diverse community, our spacious condo offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The bedrooms are well-appointed, with a king bed in the master bedroom and two bunk beds in the second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa.

The Space:
The condo features 2 bedrooms, each with a TV, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa. You can stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi internet and take advantage of the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the condo. Sleeps 6 very comfortably. 976sqf of living space with a patio. For a better sense of our condo, we invite you to check our photos, website, or YouTube channel for walkthrough videos.

The Neighborhood:
In the neighborhood, you'll experience the welcoming ambiance of an ethnically-diverse area. The area is pleasantly quiet, with the occasional sound of children playing outside in the late afternoon or the distant melodies of music from our friendly neighbors. As our condo is not located on a main street, you'll be spared from the noise of busy traffic. Rest easy knowing that the community is under 24/7 video surveillance, and security patrols the neighborhood from 3 PM to 7 AM. During normal business hours, the association monitors the video and ensures maintenance to the community.

Other Things to Note:
Parking is free but you MUST provide your license plate number so I can register you as a visitor to avoid the possibility of your vehicle getting towed. A visitor parking pass is required, only one is provided. The replacement cost for the parking pass is $75. There are no assigned parking spots, so you can park conveniently in front of the condo or in the guest parking area. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide complimentary coffee, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent in the unit.

PAC Man!!!

Clean and very comfortable apartment. PAC man machine made me go buy Pizza Hut for the nostalgia. Parking right out front and easy walk

Great condo.

The property is exactly as pictured. Everything worked out great. The neighborhood itself was a little run down but we felt perfectly safe & the condo was awesome. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend especially if universal is your destination. Lots of amenities nearby. There’s a Krispy Kreme, Walmart, restaurants etc very close. Highway 4 just a mile away. Bernard was responsive and provided all of the information we needed.

Nice stay

We stayed here becuase it was close to the universal parks. It is a nice place that had plenty of room for the four of us. It was mostly clean but needs a little more attention to detail. There were some baseboards that were dirty and the fan in the master bathroom was pretty dusty. Also, there were some crumbs from the last tenant still left on the dining table. But everything else was pretty clean and comfortable. Also, you can really hear the tenannts upstairs as they move about their unit, but that is out of the host's control. Host did communicate with us often during our stay and was available for any questions or concerns.

PROS:The price was great. The pull-out couch & arcade game was a plus. Wifi & tvs in every room a plus. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. No stains. The fact that there were 2 bthrms was a plus. Mstr bdrm. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The sheets & pillowcases were clean. The phone charging outlets were a plus. 2nd bdrm: My son did not have any complaints. There were 2 sets of bunkbeds which was a plus. The phone charging outlet was a plus as well. Kitchen: Workable set up. Ample silverware & cooking utensils. CONS:THE KID UPSTAIRS RUNNING BACK & FORTH ALL DAY & NIGHT WAS A NO FOR ME! It was not clean to my standards especially when you’re paying a cleaning fee. It was smaller than how it looks in the pictures & videos. The email communication was excessive & should be kept to a minimum. Everyday there was an email. Bthrms: The tubs, baseboards & grout were nasty. The vent/Fan had an annoying sound when you turned it on, which is connected to the light so there is no option to turn it off without turning off the lights. Mst bdrm: Bed was too high. The space between the bed & window was extremely narrow. The rose in the glass stayed on all night. I prefer a dark room. I didn't need a night light. Kitchen: Very small space. The pots & pans were horrible. There is an additional charge type manual for incidentals which is crazy considering the pots were all scratched up & not well maintained. There was a hole in one frying pan. Dining rm chairs were too low.

Family Trip

Everything was good but we had a few water bugs running around and the apartment garbage cans got full fast. I will say they neighbors seemed cool and chill.

We enjoy traveling. Many times, our travels would take us to Orlando Florida. Sometimes it was for work, personal, or pleasure as we have annual passes to Universal and Disney. Because of this travel, we had an opportunity to stay all over the Orlando area, south for the Disney trips, central for Universal, east for UCF, and west and north for family.

The Orlando area is beautiful, and we decided to invest in the area and get a home where we could stay that was centralized to all our destinations in the area. Since we were not there year-round, we decided to rent it out when we were not there. That’s how it all started. We decided to invest in more homes to rent out via short-term renting. Now I host, co-host, and help other owners with short-term rentals.

Hosting visitors has become a passion. I take great pleasure in providing a great place for them to stay while visiting the Orlando area. Each home is clean and comfortable, with all the items needed for a stay. If anything should come up or if there are any needs you may have that I can fulfill, I’m always available to provide a solution.
