Ideal location close to the heart of downtown SRQ and close to UTC and Nathan Benderson Park. Outdoor living space with pool and fenced in yard great for our dog. Easy check-in & excellent communication with owners. Cozy, comfortable & convenient. A few items could be updated but they function well and don't take away from the stay-great rental and we would certainly book again! Comfortable beds and ample space for couples or a family.

Check-in was simple, locating the property was simple. This is a beautifully remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood. Great shopping and dining are within 5 minutes on the west side of US 41 (the Tamiami Trail). Morton’s Gourmet market is close by with groceries, take away prepared meals, a wine shop and bakery. Good restaurants are the Serving Spoon, Libby’s and Perqs. House is just a few minutes to downtown, Sarasota Bay and to Selby Gardens. The house itself is very comfortable and fully equipped. The yard is fenced, beautifully landscaped and with a wonderful pool. A pool service and lawn service comes by weekly. We spent over 3 weeks in the house during Sarasota Opera’s winter season and it was easy to get to and from the opera venue. This is a very good choice for an extended stay in Sarasota.

Mother’s Day weekend

Check in time 4:00 pm, arrived at 4:30 pm and house had not been cleaned from previous guests. Dirty towels, dirty sheets, dirty kitchen, floors, beds not made, grill cover on the patio floor, etc. Cleaning team arrived at 4:50 pm to start cleaning the property. Beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. No written instructions regarding trash, WiFi, etc. Manager property unprofessional and unfriendly. Never apologized for the inconvenience and asked to to go to supermarket while the maids cleaned the property. Also called Vrbo to lie about our check out time threading he was going to call the police!! We had reservations for Mother’s Day brunch @ 11:00 am and were not going to loose them being 30 mins late as he claimed we were still on premises. We checked out 15 minutes before check out time (11:00 am) and it can be proved! We were on time for our brunch reservations. What a bad experience can one person cause. The property was ok if it would be managed by someone else.

We give our guests space, but are always available. Exchanging travel stories and getting to know one another is a pleasure; however, we respect that some folks just want to keep to themselves and that is okay too!

I'm from Rhode Island originally, went to college at Eckerd in St Pete and have lived in Sarasota for more than 10 years. My wife is a native. We are both involved in our community and my wife works with at risk youth. We are well traveled and enjoy sharing the best of Sarasota with others!

East of Trail/Arlington Park is close to everything and turning into a multimillion dollar home neighborhood. Old Florida and custom new construction homes are both present along with mature landscaping and Arlington Park public pool, tennis, basketball, playground and rec facilities.

A private pool, large fenced in yard and bright open sunroom make this home special. The walkability to Southside Village and Arlington Park facilities and proximity to downtown, Siesta Key and Lido Key/St. Armand's Circle are also important.
