Beach House ejerlejligheder er en vidunderlig familieoase med sandstrande kun få skridt fra din hoveddør. Dette er et lille, indhegnet kompleks, der egner sig til familier med børn i alle aldre. På fjerde etage er din private balkon perfekt til afslapning, mens du ser solen gå op eller for at "se folk" på strandgæsterne.

Opdateret med granit bordplader i hele og de nyeste faciliteter, vores 3 værelses condo giver dig al den luksus i hjemmet. Det store soveværelse har udsigt til stranden med en king size seng og privat badeværelse. Dette badeværelse har dobbelt håndvask, stort flisebelagt brusebad og rigelig plads til opbevaring / tøj. Andet soveværelse har to fuld størrelse senge, amoire og stadig masser af plads til at bevæge sig rundt. (Dette skaber en perfekt teenagehavn). Det tredje soveværelse har en queensize seng, topmadras og amoire til opbevaring. Det andet fulde bad er væk fra hovedområdet; perfekt beliggende mellem andet soveværelse, tredje soveværelse og opholdsstue.

Den rummelige 'familie' tv-stue har gulv til loft-vinduer med udsigt over stranden / havet. En glaspaneldør fra dette rum og soveværelset fører til en balkon til at nyde en smuk texas-solopgang. Læder sofaer, et fladskærms-tv og DVD-afspiller sørger for film om aftenen (popcorn valgfrit).

Vi elsker at lave mad, så vores køkken blev ombygget med dette i tankerne. Brugerdefinerede skabe, granitbordplader og hvide apparater holder køkkenet muntert med et åbent koncept til familie-tv-stuen.

Dette ejerlejlighed vores hjem væk fra hjemmet og er blevet redesignet til beach goer i tankerne. Indretningen er lys, sprød med en ægte texansk stil. Vi har mange vidunderlige minder her med familie og venner, vi håber dit ophold er så dejligt.

Wonderfully family friendly & private

The photos don’t do this condo justice. Wonderful comfortable accommodations (and the memory foam on beds were a delight) with spectacular views and pool and ocean at your fingertips. Friendly property manager with quick answers and results. Both pools were crystal clean and almost always to ourselves. Will definitely be communing back to this location.

Three-day weekend getaway

Awesome three-room beachfront apartment right in the heart of South Padre Island.Stellar view of the water, a full kitchen to cook meals in, with the perfect location: could easily walk to the local supermarket and some other nice local eateries.The pools and hottub were a great bonus. Spent the days at the beach and late afternoons/early evenings in the pool.Looking forward to staying again.

Family trip

We had a great trip with our adult children. Great start to our day with coffee on the balcony enjoying the beach view and beautiful sunrise. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend

Best view of the gulf with priceless sun rises!

The 3 room beach condo accommodated our 2 families of 8 total nicely and we absolutely loved being within walking distance not only to the beach but also the restaurants and stores on the main strip. Loved our stay!

Great location!

The condo was a great location, was not cleaned before we got there, there was dead roach on floor, popcorn on floor under furniture, dishwasher didn’t work, washing machine leaked leading to getting a bunch of clothes wet in the room, front door needs some work, with the constant wind in spi and the door not sealed it lead to a very loud whistle sound, water pressure in kitchen sink was minimal making it difficult to do dishes since the dishwasher didn’t work, great views of the gulf from the condo, easy access to the gulf, pool and hot tub where nice, great property,host was responsive to questions, the condo just needs some upkeep and it would be a great place to bring the family again

Very nice

The condo was very nice with a beautiful view of and easy walk to the ocean. There was a bit of noise from the people in the condo above us but nothing we couldn’t live with. The kids enjoyed the pools. The water at the beach was gorgeous on clear days, beautiful blue green and clear. We had a very nice stay!

Tired old condo w/seemingly no upkeep

The location of this condo is excellent, but that's about it. Overall, the place is not in good shape. It was dirty when we checked in..e.g., the trashcan was full of empty beer cans, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the cabinets and walls look like they haven't been cleaned in years. After a long drive, we didn't enjoy having to clean up after the last guest :( In general, it seems like no one really cares about the guest experience here. The condo had 4/11 lightbulbs in the living room out, which made playing cards and eating dinner at the tiny table ambient but not ideal! The TV was not set up and none of remote controls for the living room TV worked (we have 2 teenagers, so it definitely wasn't us!) After about 45 minutes of trying to figure out what was wrong, we finally discovered a TV in the master bedroom with a remote that worked. If you just want to go to the beach, this place will do. I've never stayed in a Motel 6 before, but this is what I imagine it would be like, but this unit is a bit less clean and with fewer basics in good working order than I'd imagine even in a Motel 6.

Best Beach House

We enjoyed our stay in the Beach House unit. Plenty of room for 2 teens, a baby, and 2 adults. Well equipped kitchen, beach equipment, and necessities such as soap and trash bags. Washer and dryer was for the community and not in the unit but otherwise everything was great and convenient. The pools were cleaned each morning and the grounds were beautifully kept. Looking forward to another visit here again!

Glorious time at the beach!

We enjoyed renting this condo so much. We are a family with 5 kids and there were plenty of toys and boogie boards for all. Teri was extremely kind and always replied right away to all questions. The view from the Balcony was amazing with the sea breeze blowing in and the sound of waves. Only upgrade would be making the main area TV into a smart TV as we had to use our own cords to hook up our laptop to watch streaming, but the bedroom TV was a smart TV so it was quite easy. There is a crock pot and George Foreman grill plus a full kitchen, so cooking was a breeze. I wish this property had a gas or charcoal grill, but we did just fine without and still had hamburgers and hotdogs cooked in the kitchen. Thank you for everything! We highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing beach vacation!

Love, Love, Loved it!

We had a family total of 8, 4 adults & 4 children from the ages 4-11 stay here. It was the perfect size to accommodate us all. The condo had everything we could possibly need while staying so close to the beach. Including water play items & beach toys. One thing we really enjoyed was that it was more family oriented & quiet. None of the chaos & crowds. It is literally steps away from the beach. The pools on the premises are also a nice thing to do after you get back from the beach possibly in the evenings. Prior to our trip any questions I had Teri had answered them quite quickly & thoroughly. This was our first trip down to SPI and I am happy we stayed here because it made for a nice visit & everyone in the family was comfortable. I highly recommend staying here & we will definitely be back to rent the condo again. Thanks again for letting us use your beautiful little condo on the beach for our mini family vacation.

Birthday weekend with family

Dr requested I rest and what better way to do that on my birthday weekend at the beach with my family. It was nice and quiet while they hung at the beach. I have a babit of cleaning when we arrive just because we've had some instances where the property wasn't cleaned properly. I have a toddler that plays with cars and rolls them everywhere so a good sweep is usually needed. Well we fould a few things I'm glad he didn't a bag of someone's medication a balled up napkin and a tissue. Some sand but that was expected thats stuff is hatd to get all up. Other than those couple of items place was a good find for our five day stay. The kids had a great time and I got to enjoy some.quiet time listening to the waves from the balcony every morning for sunrise.

Great location right on the beach!

We have stayed at Beach House properties for close to 20 years now. This particular unit was pretty comprable to the rest. The property manager is nice and helpful. The location of the property is awesome and the path to the beach is well maintained. This unit had a few things that need to be replaced. The microwave beeped incessantly, and rarely worked. I had to turn off the ice machine in the refrigerator as it leaked when it was trying to make ice. The dishwasher starts and runs for about 1-2 minutes and then completely stops. I do question the cleaning of the unit as we found multiple empty coke bottles and even a coke bottle of cigarette butts on the patio. Overall we would stay here again.

Absolutely the Best Beach Condo

This condo was fabulous and Terri was easy to work with. On our last visit to the island two years ago we stayed at a remodeled 3 bedroom/3 bath condo at Bahia Mar but we actually preferred the layout of this condo better. The wall to wall windows allowed for plenty of sunshine as one would want while staying near the beach. The owner's description of the kitchen was right on, it was spacious and well stocked, which we were grateful to have for our family reunion as we prepared all our weekend meals at the condo. The central location would have made all restaurants easily accessible had we chosen to go out. The two bathrooms and the kitchen have been tastefully updated and the views of the ocean from the master bedroom were to die for! The layout and bedroom set up slept our party of 7 comfortably (4 adults and 3 children). The gated Beach House complex was secure and quiet with easy beach access, making this a perfect spot for a peaceful, relaxing beach vacation! We would love to come back here for any future trips to S.Padre but we will have to stay for an entire week! Terri's condo was so comfortable that we hated to leave on Monday, even though my cousin, his wife and daughter had already left Sunday. I can't find enough great things to say about this condo. Everyone in our party loved it! Thanks again, Terri! We hope to return soon.

Just nice

Beautiful view of ocean from balcony. Easy access to elevators or stairs right onto the beach. Well stocked kitchen and nice amenities. 2 Pools and large heated pool made swimming nice for our stay in April when weather wasn't quite super hot yet. Spa area doesn't allow children under 14 which my son at 11 was not happy about. Spa had a few days where it really looked like it had clean/filter issues. Clean and nice bedding. Newly remodeled condo with beautiful bathrooms. There is no tub so if there are little children it might make bath time harder. Super easy check in. Only one parking spot per unit may make larger groups have problems since not all vehicles can carry enough passengers to fill the 3 bedroom condo. Internet was spotty-would only work for about 10 minutes at a time after taking long time to find a connection to begin with. If you will be relying heavily on wifi/ internet then make sure this is resolved before booking. Not an issue for us since it was nice to have a somewhat tech free weekend for a change. Definitely would book this condo again.

Sadly disappointed

We had high hopes for this trip as this was our first visit to Texas. The beach was very close but it was extremely dirty with trash and clumps of oil everywhere. The oil ruined three pairs of flip flops as we were unaware that this was a problem for these beaches. There were so many jellyfish washing on shore we didn’t feel our children could safely play in the water. This is not any fault of the owner but thought it needed mentioned. The pool was dated and also not super clean looking (it could have been staining) but definitely could use some care to keep it nice. The condo was also very dated. Several areas of the texture on the ceiling were cracked and peeling/hanging off. The paint on the windowsills and baseboard appeared to be worn off. There was staining randomly on walls throughout the condo and heavy dust on decor and air duct vents and a very large dead bug in the light fixture of the bath fan in the master bathroom. Two days into our stay we were surprised to see a very large cockroach crawling across our bedroom floor at night. Needless to say this made sleeping there difficult. We contacted the owner the next day. We were told they regularly spray but the property manager would be contacted to come out and spray again. This never happened and we never heard anything else from anyone. The patio furniture was rusted badly. Lights were not properly fixed to the ceiling. The list goes on, overall very disappointing and would not come back.

The property is great, condo is nice but needs deep cleaning

The owner communicates really well. The property is conveniently located on the beach ⛱️ and you can walk down right down to the water or even local restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, plates, silverware, pots, pans, drink ware, coffee maker and blender even a crackpot. The bathrooms have soap, shampoo and conditioner...most condos do not offer this. The only draw back is that this unit needs a deep cleaning as we saw lots of hair, small bugs in the drawers and spiders in the bed.

25 anniversary getaway

This was a great property in an ideal location. We were 2-3 blocks from everything we could want. For the trips any further, a $7 Uber ride got us there and back. The property was just as described and the beach views could not be beat. The entire property was well maintained, the pools spotless. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway while still being close to the nightlife, I would highly recommend this property. The owner was great for communication as well. 5 stars!!

My husband and I are both Texas born and now currently live outside Ft Worth with our two daughters. Our family enjoys beaches, fishing, hunting, tennis, running, golf, cheerleading, barrel racing to name a few activites we are involved in. We have many pets from dogs, barn cats, chickens and horses. Something is always going on!!

My husband and I have grown up with the love of the beach, sun and fishing. Now our girls share this love and we always have a 'home' at Padre Island to spend family time at every year. The beach inform of our condos does not get overly crowed since there IS NOT a close public beach access.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The Beach House Condominium is on a quiet, less congested part of the beach. That is why we chose to but there. Zoom in on the map and you would take a right on E. Bahama St to Gulf Blvd and the Condominium Complex is right in front of you on, 3400 Gulf Blvd. Beautiful and Relaxing!!
