Always very clean units. If there was a problem it was readily fixed. I dont search for rentals i just call brookes and shorey. l describe what i want, they send me a few units to look at and i choose one and they process our vacation with no hassle. Love it Perfect for me as Great Gma pays and then i bring my family to play..😊

Everything was great and we would absolutely stay here again. Two small things: 1) the top bunk is comically close to the ceiling and the fixed safety rail makes it extremely difficult to actually use. We ended up having someone sleep on the couch. 2) I wish the unit supplied beach towels (we stayed in another unit in the same building that did and it was nice).

Return Stay

We stayed in the complex a couple years ago and enjoyed it so much then we decided to stay here again. It did not disappoint. My wife and I enjoy the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. I did like the reserved parking this time. Facility is clean and the area isn't too crowded. We will most likely stay again in the future!

Great Space

We have been to this area before and love the family atmosphere of Ft Walton. The condo was beautiful and fit our needs. If I have anything negative to say, it would be the tv setup and how the remote works. However, to me that’s a small issue when you’re at the beach. We had a small issue with the washing machine, but a quick call and someone was there and corrected the issue. We will definitely book this condo again.

Relaxing Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was VERY pleased with the condo and it's cleanliness. The kitchen had the bare minimum when it came to equipment, but it was plenty for the two of us as we ate out every night. The complex is nice. The furnishings are what I would expect from a rental and in good shape. All in all this is a good condo and our experience with the rental company was very good. The smart phone app they provide is very useful!

Nice week away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this unit. Got a call before we arrived that the murphy bed was out of service. When we arrived it was gone completely and they had installed a nice dresser and touched up the wall. It probably looks better without the bed and we did not need it! Overall loved the unit. The dishwasher had some funky growth in it so we avoided that, otherwise 5 stars.

Family Fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very nice and was well cleaned. It was so nice to have covered parking and all the extras were great! Free movies, rental chairs included, extra chairs and beach toys, all very nice. The beds were very comfortable and our granddaughter loved the bunk bed with her own TV! The view from the balcony was beautiful and other than hearing people at the pool (and that couldn't be helped) it was so nice. The only suggestion I would make is to remove the towel cabinet in the master bathroom and replace it with a shelf over the toilet for towels.

Comfortable condo for a clean freak

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Must say one of the best as far as cleanliness, furnishings for unit 311 and th entire complex was well kept. I did not have to sanitize anything. We ve been coming several times a yr over last 15 yrs and will be back to this unit again. Compliments to the owner who has the unit tastefully decorated and stocked with good quality linens, towels, and kitchen items. The parking with this unit was a plus. These 2 seniors, our" kids" and our 12 yr old great gson loved every minute there. Elizabeth at Brookes n Shorey has been so helpful during our last several stays in the area. 😊

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy with the condo. It could use a good deep cleaning. When we got there at night, the top bunk had not been changed as there was sand all through it. So we had to do laundry upon arriving. Of course the next day, they offered to have the cleaning crew come back, but that is to little to late at that point. The baseboards in the bathrooms need cleaned as there is hair and dirt all over them. Beyond that, the beach is beautiful and because of us traveling at the end of June there were not many people. It was very relaxing and enjoyable!
