About this space
This is the Garden Room with a jetted tube and a separate walk in shower. Fully handicap accessible if needed. Small fridge microwave and coffee maker. Cozy eating area.
The space
Brookside Cottage BnB is located in beautiful down town Kanab. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. This charming one queen bedroom with a loveseat lets you feel as if you are right at home with the luxury of your own private oversized bathroom with walk-in shower and also a jetted bathtub. This room also has its own private door for access to outside where you can enjoy two large ponds with waterfalls and the grounds with private restful areas. The rate for this single queen room is $95.00. Continental breakfast is also included in the room rate. I also own and operate a Jeep Tour business that takes you into some of Southern Utah's magnificent slot canyons, for more information please visit (URL HIDDEN) I have a package deal that includes a discount for 3hour jeep Tour when you stay as a guest. there is a comfortable area for smokers. no pets I am highly allergic to all animal dander. no !!! exceptions. no cooking in the room. no hot plates.
