A fantastic place to stay for our short five day vacation, couldn’t have wished for anything more, thoroughly enjoyed everything the hoise had to offer, especially the pool area.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren nur zu 3 dort und hatten dadurch natürlich mega viel Platz. Man hätte sich in diesem Haus fast verlaufen können. Alles Zimmer waren toll eingerichtet und man fühlte sich rundum wohl. Der Pool und der Whirlpool konnte man mit einer App steuern die man zuvor auf dem Handy installiert hat. So konnte man darüber die Temperatur, Beleuchtung und die Massagefunktionen steuern.Wir würden dieses Haus sofort wieder mieten.

Wonderful stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property! House was newly built and extremely clean. We loved the pool/spa and beautiful neighborhood. Our host,Maggie had provided lots of great info about local places to eat and see. Would definitely stay there again!

Cape Coral vacation

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed! We have never had a host like Maggie. She checked to make sure we had everything we needed also she was so prompt anytime we messaged her with questions. The pool was amazing. Being able to rent the boat and take our boys fishing was a huge plus. The house was immaculate. Probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Would definitely recommend renting if you are staying in Cape Coral.

First impressions of the house was that it was beautiful and super clean. It was modern and super spacious, and the view outside was gorgeous. We loved spending time outside in the pool during the day, and staying in the jacuzzi during the night. It’s a great neighborhood to walk around or bike around, and plenty of restaurants and fun places nearby. Maggie, the home owner, was super helpful and a great communicator when it came to answering our questions about the home. We we’ll be back next summer for sure.

Family Vacation

We loved this house! The hosts were wonderful. We didn't have any issues but they were available if needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The indoor space was big enough that all 6, plus a baby, had room to enjoy. We were close enough to spend time in Sanibel and Fort Myer, as well as Cape Coral. We would highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

Enjoyed our family vacation at this Cape Coral gem. Location was ideal to dining and shopping with beach options a short drive away. All ages loved the pool/hot tub, and lovely setting on the canal was a bonus! Host promptly responsive to any concerns. Home itself suited our multi-age group perfectly!

Great place to stay

Our stay was wonderful. Maggie was quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. The home was everything that was stated in the description and more. The location was terrific. We were traveling with our daughter, son in law and two boys that were 3 and 18 months. The location was perfect. Three blocks to the marina area with restaurants, ice cream shop and a few stores. So it was great to go for a walk with the boys. There was also a park that we walked to about 6 blocks away.The home was great! We spent most of our time in the pool and had most of our meals on the patio over looking the pool and inner coastal Fishing off the dock was really fun.We will definitely be back!!Thank you Maggie for making our stay so enjoyable!

Wonderful house for family vacation

Wonderful house. Lots ofRoom for our family of 10 to spread out. We really enjoyed the lanai and the pool area. The younger set made use of the bikes and kayaks. It’s nice that every road has a bike lane. Cape Harvour was a wonderful place to walk over to for a bite to eat, a morning coffee, our Cape Coral souvenirs. We had the owner arrange an afternoon boat ride for us to go out and see dolphins and manatees and Captain Bob did a marvelous job of locating the marine life and giving us all a wonderful day on the water. House was comfortable furnished without being too formal for us with the kids. Beds were coFor table and great nights sleeps were part of the wonderful experience

Perfect Florida Getaway!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this house—it was the perfect spot for our family holiday getaway! The property is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. We spent a lot of time lounging by the stunning pool, which was a highlight of our stay for the kids, and loved the variety of games provided for entertainment. The weather was perfect, and we made the most of it by taking bike rides around the area and kayaking along the nearby channel.The location was ideal, with easy access to shopping and day trips to explore surrounding attractions. The bunk room was a hit with the kids, offering them a fun and cozy space to call their own. We also appreciated how simple and smooth the check-in and check-out process was, and the host(s) were incredibly responsive and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed.We’re already looking forward to booking this beautiful home again for future family vacations! Highly recommended!

Fantastic Stay!!!

Our family of 6 (grandparents, parents, and 2 kids) had such a wonderful time! We explored in the kayaks, swam in the HEATED pool and spa, rode bikes around the neighborhood, and drove to nearby restaurants and beaches. The (sparkling clean) house had everything we needed and enough space to spread out but also come together to enjoy meals and play games together. Maggie and Lisa were the best hosts and gave so many great recommendations + communicated so quickly when we needed something before and during the trip. Cannot recommended this house enough! 5 ⭐️ experience through and through!

Wonderful Property and Management

This was a girls trip, total of 5 girls, mostly related. The home was immaculate and had everything you would need in a home. There was nothing to buy, except for food. They even had salt/pepper and spices. Three bathrooms was more than enough, and having an entrance to the back pool from one of them was ideal. The pool and hottub were amazing, as well as all of the furnishings around it. Besides for a gas grill, that we did use, they also had a refrigerator in the pool area to put drinks. We did not use the boat at all, but the canal area was very nice and the view was beautiful. Cape Harbour is literrally across the street and has some shops and dining, which we did visit. I can't say enough good things about the management. Prior to and during our stay we were in contact with both Maggie and Lisa, who were both exceptional. They answered any questions we had prior to arriving, and continued to text us during our stay to see if all was well. A storm was forecasted on the Thursday, and both Maggie and Lisa came to secure the property Thursday morning and kept in contact with us. Lucikly, it was not very bad, so we had no issues and they arrived early Friday morning to put everything back in it's place. If in the area, I would definitely stay again as would all of the other girls.

Perfect Florida Getaway

It's about the details! From the beautiful view when you walk in the door to the bottle of wine left on the counter and towel animals in the bathroom, all the small extras were greatly appreciated. Rental provides garbage bags and toilet paper for your entire stay in addition to a drawer full of spices and lots of little extras that you don't have to go purchase at the grocery store like a normal rental. Neighborhood is the perfect location located directly across from the marina with several restaurants and very dog friendly with shaded place for taking daily walks. The bikes were an extra plus we rode every night! Grocery store is just a short 2 minute drive with many restaurants nearby. Pool was perfect for enjoying the hot summer days but also extremely nice to have it enclosed and we loved being able to grill on a daily basis. Fishing off the dock was fun. We will definitely be back.

We came to Cape Coral for a vacation in 2014 and fell in love, so we went home, sold everything and moved here. We love the water and peaceful way of life. If we aren't helping our guests, we also sell real estate an enjoy watching our boys play hockey.
