Newly renovated three bedroom, two bathroom condo in the quiet Forest Ridge Community. High speed internet throughout. Community has a pool and tennis courts. There is one assigned parking space, and numerous visitor spots throughout the complex. You are walking distance to the beach as well as some of the fun local restaurants and bars. You will love the tranquil environment and the beautiful oak trees lending to the character of this community.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, one guest room has a double bed, and the other houses two twins. There is a shared bathroom in the hall between the two guestrooms, and the master bedroom has an en suite master bathroom with ample storage and closet space.
There is wi-fi throughout the condo and smart TVs in the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen in fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. There is a coffee station with a Keurig and regular coffee maker.
You are steps from the pool and tennis courts, and a block from the beach. This property is also pet friendly for a furry friend up to 25 pounds.
Come enjoy the island for a few days, or stay a month!

Pet friendly, with all the comforts of home. The property backs up against the back of the community , which is a wooded area. This makes it a serene place to stay. You have a playground for the kids, a pool and tennis courts for you to enjoy. You can also be on the beach in less than a 5 minute walk. You are close to some good area restaurants too.
