View is a 10 plus. Only complaint was mold in shower, especially around bottom of sliding glass door. Would hope this is corrected before next year’s visit. Also AC stopped working last day and night. They brought in portable unit which helped very little. But they were very responsive.
Beautiful spot for morning coffee.

I hope this helps a traveler who is looking for a combination of value, style and a feeling of being pampered. This condo does not provide that. I've traveled to Amelia Island twice before and stayed at The Amelia Surf and Racquet Club once before. Despite returning to one of our favorite beaches, this condo was disappointing. We chose to stay here because of penthouse ocean views which were spectacular, yet the condo itself appears neglected and is in need of TLC. It feels like a rental unit with cheap and not up-to-date decor. The kitchen dishware, silverware & pots are old, the plastic cups are mismatched, the linens are thin and the rugs desperately need to be replaced. The condo smelled musty upon arrival and continued to smell musty despite us keeping both sliding doors cracked open during our entire stay. A latch on one of the sliding doors doesn't work and we weren't able to lock it during our stay (which didn't feel unsafe since the condo is on the 7th floor). The moldy grout in the shower needs to be replaced and the entire condo needs a fresh paint job. Even the magazines on the table were a decade old. Upon our arrival, we had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 thread-bare washcloth & 1 beach towel. The bright spot was the responsiveness of the service team who delivered a bag of newer towels the next day. The unit was quiet and convenient to trash chute next to elevator. Keep looking for a condo that is updated! You'll get the beach views!

We had a great two weeks here. The views to the south with lovely sun in the moninng was just what we needed for the winter! Was very comfortable and perfect for my wife and I.

What an awesome place with a stellar view at the very top. Watched the sunrise on the balcony. It had cable, which was a plus.The only negative thing I have is that the pillows were horrendous. They look like they were 10 years old and were very uncomfortable and flat. My recommendation would be to go on Amazon and buy new ones. A four pack is about 40. The bed was very comfortable though. Will definitely be back for our upcoming summer vacation.

Several things. The condo was dirty. It looks like it was just a surface clean but there was dirt in the corners, under the bad and cobwebs in corners. The pump from the pool made a continuous annoying high pitch tone, making it unpleasant to sit on the balcony. The ice maker did not work nor were there good ice trays provided. We had to purchase ice from store. There were at least 3 wasp nest within a few feet of the front door.

Anniversary weekend

The property was as described. The view was perfection management easily accessible supplied all the information needed to access the property and the condo definitely will be staying again when in town thank you so much.

View is excellent, property manager needs to improve

The view is excellent. The property manager needs to step up their game. The freezer wasn't working after we checked in, several days of going back and forth with the property manager, trying to repair it and finally they replaced the fridge/freezer on the last afternoon. We asked for a discount since we had to haul our own ice bags from publix and general inconvenience of not having a freezer when it was advertised - nothing. Other issues we had to point out - broken chair, dirty cutlery, ripped screen, corroded shower handle, and the shower head needed cleaning. This unit is on the seventh floor - fortunately the one elevator was working, owners were telling me how fortunate we were that it hadn't broken down while we were there (apparently there were recent problems). Things you should know before renting this place.

Location and view is amazing

I mentioned this the last time we stayed in this unit, the sofa really needs to be addressed, we put pillows on it to make it more comfortably, it must replaced before we’ll stay in the unit again. That and rugs need to be replaced or cleaned. A full size coffee pot in the unit not a small hotel size. Everything else about the property is great.

Stay too short

I’ve stayed at this location several times. This unit was the best one for me. Enjoyed being on the 7th floor and view was spectacular. Loved the condo as well. Air conditioning was great, no issues with anything as with some other units and just decorated simple but very pretty. Could have stayed longer.

Great view of the ocean. Nice updates. Love the porch furniture. Very comfortable bed and view of ocean from the master bedroom, Improvements - additional towels, update pots and pans, sofa and captains chair not comfortable. Instructions for TV provider - not friendly user. Overall stay was very relaxing.

Amelia Island is a lot less hustle bustle than a lot of Florida still plenty to do. The property we stayed at was well maintained and we really enjoyed the time there.

Best beach location and view

This unit on the 7 th floor was very nice. The views of the Atlantic Ocean were incredible. You can sit on the outdoor patio for breakfast😎The unit was clean with a great mattress . Loved the granite kitchen counter. I would consider replacing sofa and love seat in the living room that had a moldy smell. The 4 clay tennis courts were in great condition. We will re book in the future!

Vacation

we had a nice stay. Although there was no ice machine in freezer and two ice trays. We managed after first day. You had to walk around buildings to get to pool. All was beautiful. Beach was nice. We were able to rent chairs and umbrella, which is nice. The condo had chairs and umbrella but i preferred someone to set up. Views are as pictured. Thanks so much
